Buzzing after Saturday and you should think we can hopefully win this. However expecting a boring 1-1 as that's just the Preston way.

1-1 Hugoal

Would be typical of us to win away and follow it up with a poor performance and result against a relegation threatened side at home. I live in hope though as we're doing really well at the moment, winning 6 of our last 10 and with people returning from injury and suspension we've plenty of options in midfield and up top.

Depending on fitness i'd go with the same eleven but played in a 4-3-1-2. Gallagher looked tired towards the end on Saturday after a bit of a masterclass, so maybe give him a breather for Johnson or Welsh.

Lindegaard
Woods, Clarke, Wright, Cunningham
Pearson, Gallagher, Browne
Reach
Hugill, Garner

Kirkland, Huntington, Welsh, Johnson, Beckford, Doyle, Robinson

Think they'll have too much for our defence and we rarely attack well at home.

1-3.

Just saw a stat (no idea if true cba verifying) that Fulham haven't won once in their last 20 away games at top half teams and we haven't lost once in our last 20 home games against teams below us. Bound to lose then.

Wrong line up. For all the ball we had we hardly created a clear chance all night.

Fulham were the worst side I've seen all season and we gifted them the two softest goals we've left in all season, they must think it's Christmas. Not all bad mind, that's a nail in the MK Dons coffin I think.

Typical that, Fulham were rancid but our end product was dire.

Their first goal was schoolboy defending by Clarke who let McCormack in, who then did well to get past Wright and round the keeper. The second was just unlucky really, McCormack's freekick was well saved by Lindegaard but hit the defender who was on the line and bounced into the feet of Dembele. Vermijl's goal for us was good bit of play and finish.

Unbelievable time wasting from Fulham, as bad as i've ever seen. The FA really need to work out a way to clamp down on it but fuck knows how, I don't pay money for that.

Only players to leave with any credit for me are Lindegaard (even though they scored their only two chances) and Ben Pearson who had a very good second half for me, after a sloppy first 45.

My first game in a while due to living down south . One thing that stood out for me is that we're incredibly one dimensional and have zero pace. Which ultimately made it comfortable to defend against.

Been the case all season which makes our current league position even more of an achievement.

We were unlucky last night in terms of losing two defenders to injury in the first half which limited how much we could change it. The game was crying out for Callum Robinson.

Yeah that's true, he probably would have made a big difference. The only time someone ran at them resulted in a goal.

As I was leaving the ground last night, I overheard someone behind me telling his mate he has no idea what people see in Pearson and that all he does is run around and has no influence on the game

I thought he was the worst player on the pitch first half. Improved second half but none of our midfield stood out for me last night, all looked tired and fairly clueless although I didn't understand the tactics at all last night.

Browne was BAD last night, you forget how young he is and how far he has come in such a short space of time though.

The team needed freshening up last night tbh but as I said previously, I thought Pearson stepped up to the plate in the second half, will be a very good player for us if he can do that consistently. Wasn't a night for a three man midfield.

Yeah Browne had his worst game in a long time, the ball was just bouncing off him. Still love him though. Thought Bailey Wright had his worst game for a while too although his distribution was better for the most part.
