Probably a straight swap, from the start anyway, although I don't think Moult is really suited to being a lone striker. Robinson or Burke would have to get tight to him to give him support/ play off him.

I'd try Barkhuizen up front as a central striker against Morecambe.

Doubt we will see Bodin this season, it's 6 months minimum his injury, could easily be up to 12 months out.

Well we made hard work of that. Good to get a win on the board though. Moult was excellent. Horgan was gash, hope that puts the “Horgan should start” brigade firmly back in their box.

Leistner, is one of the worst players I've seen at this level.

Eze is class though, does not deserve that team

Was in the away end for this, QPR are in for a long season if that’s anything to go by. They offered nothing until the last 15 minutes when they went for it a bit, had one good chance near the end. Preston played well but didn’t test the keeper an awful lot.

Yeah that pretty much sums us up. Gonna struggle to score many unless we get a couple of players in this week.

McLaren really is clueless isn't he?

Said we're a 'wily, old team' which is interesting considering the average age of our team was 24 and a half. I'm convinced he didn't know the name of anyone in our team before Saturday.

I don't think he meant literally that you are an old team, just that you know how to get a result. By all accounts, you deserved the win and we were poor. We have a very young team but they have the ability, but they need to learn to go away from home and play.

I am still confident we will do okay this year and I have a lot more faith in McClaren than I did with Holloway.
