I'd expect us to rotate one or two in our midfield.

Only 2 ever wins at Vale Park for us, one was in 2014 which I had the honour of attending.

Huge game for Askey this.

Boost is we have 5 key players back today and 4 start (Legge, Joyce, Amoo, Conlon) and Pope on the bench.

Hopefully see an improved performance and result but a tough game today.

Has to be a home win for me, Vale have several players back and we're lucky to be as high as eight, we're OK but we're far from the finished article, think Vale probably have more quality than us.
That said if it's 0-0 at half time it's anyone's game.

Good response from the Os, 1-1, Johnson scoring yet again with a crisp header.
Vale still the better side for me

When I read game over on the post above I went to look at the score expecting it to be about 4-1 to Orient.

It’s 1-1

Johnson misses a glorious chance to make it 1-3.

Started as the Vale we know, taking the game and creating chances but their goal has seen our confidence dip and we’ve lost the plot since.

The second goal probably sums things up for us at the moment, fluke deflection, three or four chances to deal with it and made a calamity of it. Worst goal we will ever concede.

Second later a ricochet took the ball away from us for a tap in.

Commentry team sum up things at the moment, early in the season or last season we’d be putting these to the sword but we are just not working it out at the minute and seem devoid of confidence.

Rodney misses from 4 yards out to go level. A really bad miss to be honest, goal was gaping.
All Vale in the second half.

Identical to the Scunny goal at Vale last week. Stunner from the Colombian!

Cowardly second half performance from Orient. No intent whatsoever.

Lovely equaliser for Vale, been coming for a long long time.
They've completely outclassed us in the second half, amazed it's still level.

Who would you want in as manager if your club fires Askey?
