Yeah he's a bit like Mourinho that way, can be generous and do good things, but at other times just be a complete dickhead.

He had a couple of good chances (one sitter by his standards) so I'm not sure he should be pointing any fingers or making excuses in the wake of the defeat.

Simplify things. The times he does good stuff, he's been prepped and coached by his advisors. When it's spur of the moment and he's on his own. He's a dick.

So on balance he's probably an utter dick who can afford a good PR team.
