Most likely this is not true since he had also talked about his childhood where he was abused, they were very poor and he was mobbed in school for having dirty and tattered clothing.

According to Wikipedia, he was born in 1950. Todd claimed that he had been in the Army and served as a Green Beret in Vietnam but this is another lie......
