They’ve got 4 players at the club, they’ve been kicked out of their training ground and aren’t playing any friendlies. Same with Bolton, the odds are ridiculous.

I’ve gone big on both and doubled them up, not sure what their policy is if the games are forfeited which I suspect they both will be but we shall see.

According to our new boss we are signing players this week but i'd take it with a pinch of salt.. its gonna be a mixture of freebies, loans and Youth - if we manage to make it till the first day.

Edit: bookies are pretty slow when it comes to the bottom two leagues.

We beat Swindon 3-1 as well yesterday. Why the squad was split I don't know.
I went to FGR last night and we didn't half look toothless without Fammy, played some lovely stuff though and I agree about Sammy Szmodics, it looks like we've got a bargain there. It will be interesting to see how he fares against better players though.
Bit sloppy defensively at times but that will come.
Get a finisher in and I think we're ready to go in all honesty.

I went as well mate, first pre-season game I've been to since Ajax (2008?), tidy little setup they've got I quite liked the ground. Don't think they were prepared for the crowd though in any way at all, the queue at the bar was half hour and the queue at the turnstile took an age to get through.

I agree, Weimann looked absolute shite I thought up top. O'Dowda looked half arsed as well, he got quite a lot of stick from the side we were on and he definitely heard it.

Played some nice stuff but powder puff up front, a properly good striker and we're not far off I don't think.
