Cracking game tonight tbf, more than matched the inbreds.

Impressed by our high pressing and pace on the break in the first half but it got a bit scrappy & disjointed in the second half after all the substitutions.

Been a good pre-season.

Mansfield Town away tonight, as I went last year I'll give it a miss and put it towards some beer against Villarreal on Saturday.

Inter Milan at bramall lane tonight, pretty big friendly if there is such thing for a club our size , think a reasonable crowd is expected.

Forestieri or however it’s spelt literally walked upto one of our players on full time and belted him in the face which led to a mass brawl with players, staff, stewards and police.

It all followed a bit of handbags 2/3mins from time which started with Forestieri making a poor challenge from behind and what looked to be abit of pushing and shoving. The player he smacked at FT was definitely involved in that.

Lost 2-1 at Mansfield with Adam Reach scoring our goal. Mass brawl after the game, Forestieri no doubt provoked by Mansfield's thuggish approach to a friendly game. All handbags really should just leave it at that, not reading too much into friendly defeats as they mean jack shit. Don't know why a lot of our fans are moaning about the same issues we've had for the last 2 seasons like it's a surprise, we haven't signed anyone to address it... definitely in need of a few new faces.

Reading between the lines it sounds like there may have been some sort of racist comment aimed at Pearce the Mansfield captain which sparked it all off

Sez a PNE fan who had 2 players sent off for fighting with one another at S6 a couple of season's ago, this makes 1FF look an angel.

You mean the two players who haven't played for us in over a year?

Forestieri is a massive c*nt, no idea if he's any good, never stayed on the pitch long enough against PNE to pass judgement.

From the video I've seen their centre half Pearce, elbows Forestieri off the ball as we break away, Forestieri about 20 seconds later retaliates with a naughty tackle, their shithouse centre back starts throwing blows and has to be dragged off the pitch by their manager. After the whistle Forestieri smacks one of their players and it all kicks off, handbags let's be reyt.

He stayed on till 96th minute when we played you at Hillsborough last season, have you forgotten the wonder goal he scored in our 4-1 win? :db:

He completely lost his head because he didn’t get a penalty which was soft anyway but you do see them given.

After that he got up and tried to knock Digby off the ball from behind. Then in the last few mins Pearce intercepts the ball and Forestieri snaps him from behind and then handbags start flying. He’s allegedly racially abused Pearce here aswell but Pearce was dragged off and sent down the tunnel by or manager who apologised to your gaffer. You can see nothing but handbags from a video that some kid in your end has filmed.

Then on full time Foresiteri walks up to Callum Butcher and smacked him in the face and bolted off with everyone else on the pitch chasing him.

Defend the kid all you like, If it’s caught on camera he will be getting a lengthy ban.

Nope, on my jollies for that one, must have been a soft ref.

PNE have Ben Pearson, he's a shithouse.

Still nowhere near as c*nty as Fernando.

So you're commenting on a player you've seen a handful of times, hats off to Liam above for naming a Preston player because I couldn't name one of them.

Fernando is a good lad well liked by everyone at club, in my opinion he's one of best if not best player in Championship.

And so will Pearce since on the video footage he elbows Forestieri and gets his mate Butcher involved with a 5 foot 9 Latino.

Players can't get banned for league games whatever happens during a friendly, this rule was brought in in 2009.
Mansfield should count themselves lucky as well because there players were no angels in incidents.

I've seen Forestieri play more than enough and know all about his antics. Massive tosser as proved by his exploits last night, completely brainless.

Classic Billy big bollocks Wednesday fan living up to his rep. Haven't seen the top flight this millennium and have bummed around in League One with the rest of us yet the arrogance remains. Hilarious.

Suppose there's little point you getting clued up about teams in the top half.

The whole squad got a run out last night in a lacklustre 2-1 defeat at Colchester. Not sure why we didn't play the first team in the first half and then play a second string in the 2nd, instead of a patchwork in both halves, but I suppose that will happen in our final friendly.
