Predict when Kane / Lukaku will be sold

With the TV deal being what it is next season, no-one needs to sell anyone. Not Spurs, Everton, Watford or anyone else.

Just because Prem clubs don't need the money doesn't mean they won't lose players. Tottenham, Everton (or Watford) are not going to match the wages of the super rich clubs. And that means that their best players will want to move out when they attract the interest of those super rich clubs.

Lukaku's contract is until summer 2019. I doubt he's going to renew with Everton if he continues to be one of the best strikers in the league. That leads to the question that when is Lukaku going to hand in a transfer request or when do Everton think it's time to sell, so that they don't lose him on a free transfer.
