Generic predictions for the 3 top leagues. I think we've assembled a squad that will just.. escape the drop into the NLN with probably a couple of more additions to come. It sounds like a few more sheep are buying Season Tickets to watch a third successive season of Dreadful Football under a manager with no Plan B. The bright spot is -
Marcus Dewhurst as expected sounds a top class keeper.
Jacob Butterfield if he stays fit is the Experienced Midfielder we need.
As do some of the youngsters if we play them.
If Wrexham don't win the NL they'll probably never get out. it'll either be them or Chesterfield. Notts County aren't good enough(yet)to go up automatically IMO, Woking have signed well, Boreham Wood will be up there, Southend should improve. The other play off positions could be anyone.
Going down, Aldershot's luck will run out, Gateshead have been plundered of some of their promotion winning stars and Barnet. Just for a laugh.
NLN i hope Boston do it this time but the play off route will be the best for them. Darlo have their marquee signing. at the other end, Peterborough Sports will struggle with low crowds and they won't overspend to stay up.
NLS - no idea.
