Followed football for about 25 years now and it still amazes me that people can’t quite grasp the meaning of ‘ A minimum of 5 minutes’.

Well not do most players and managers it seems but it's never an issue when they go for you ..

Anyway SW could have had their goalie sent off and the 2nd goal disallowed so really they got away with it a bit .

They were bigger errors and an example why VAR is coming in ..

Albeit not to the Championship yet but give it time .

Why should the keeper have gone, it wasn't a goalscoring chance and a defender was in between.

Didn't catch the game overall, but have seen the key moments at least. Wednesday second goal never should have stood, and from what I gather this referee has made numerous massive mistakes this season (most notable of which being not sending off Tyrone Mings for stomping on Oliveira's face a while back).

Not going to comment on the added time thing, other than to reiterate how baffling it is that people can't comprehend that it's "a minimum of five minutes".

With Buendia back for Monday (and presumably well-rested courtesy of his suspension), I'm a little more confident that we can get the win we need, but it wont't be easy. Still, despite our recent wobbles we'd probably have to lose all three to not go up now: if we win on Monday, all it takes is for one of Leeds or Sheffield United to drop points and we're up.

I still won't be fully relaxed until it's mathematically guaranteed, but it's very much in sight now.

Obviously, it’s fucking frustrating and we will all piss and moan but a minimum of 5 minutes is exactly that, a minimum. Not sure why a Lincoln fan would care either way, though.

Some refs might have given red but guess that is just the inconsistency of officials.

Next 2 hull away and Ipswich at home, Leeds have brentford away and villa at home. Have to say big advantage to us now, I really do fancy us to do it. Hopefully we can have a 2 point gap going to stoke, a draw enough for us.

Yep, watched EFL last night, a very similar incident in a League 1 game (can't remember who) resulted in a red card, it's the inconsistency which pisses people off.

Handball outside the area is a yellow unless denying a goalscoring chance.....

Was unbelievable that Leeds game yesterday, watched it in a bar in ibiza with about 10 Leeds fans in it, all sound to be fair even when I was running round like a mad man for Wigan's 2nd. Both theirs and our fans all seem to be so negative purely based on past experiences, the over reaction after the millwall game from our lot was embarrassing and no doubt it will be the same in Leeds today. Enormous game on Monday at hull who are in a bit of decent form, just hope we can perform. Great to be involved though either way.

I think we draw Monday, you win. Then we beat Ipswich you draw with villa. We then both win last match and we go up on gd. You then beat west Brom in the final. Happy days all round.

I knew something was gonna go wrong yesterday when I read all the stats before the game how best home record plays worst away etc

Funny old game isn't it? Last week I said Leeds look certs.

Now I say Sheffield Utd look certs for automatic.
