Robertson? where have you seen that?

Christian Jolley has been released though, again no surprise, by sounds of things when he signed he will be a high earner and he hasn't exactly pulled any trees up, and ineffective on the wing

I'm a muppet. I meant Jolley.

The Jolley signing instantly had that panic buy/let's-buy-someone-who-has-done-well-at-the-back-end-of-a-season-for-a-previously-promoted-side feel to it.

Will probably be a Lincoln player by the weekend.

Not sure where the dosh is coming from, we've got the big meeting with our bank very soon regarding paying off the overdraft.

Barnet releasing Charlie MacDonald may be an option for a few clubs at this level, although it appears Allen has 'left the door open' if he gets fit and the deal works for both parties.

We probably wanted to pay him less as he had an injury hit season (following on from an injury hit season at Oldham the year before) and couldn't agree a deal. He wasn't released when we announced our retained and released list.

If his wage demands are realistic he should get a club at this level.

Joe Clarke has left. One that certainly divided fans, I thought he was decent when he wasn't trying to be Paul Scholes.. will easily pick up another club at this level.

Clarke has been good for us all things considered and it's a shame to see him go. He's certainly not the best passer but he is never injured and is usually good for a fair few goals a season. I think he will pick up a good side in this league.

I think releasing Joe Clarke is a mistake. When played as an attacking midfielder he is top quality. If I was a conference manager I'd be on the phone to him.

Jack Byrne has left us now. Fairly sure that's every player from the team that finished 2nd a few seasons ago has now gone :surr:

Yep as an attacking midfielder he is fine. He's limited, as are most players at this level, but a good enough player for this division. I think he will end up at Kidderminster personally as he's from that neck of the woods and Creighton rates him highly

Dover's ex-Barnet contingent has been greatly reduced. Barry Cogan has been there for a number of years but doesn't seem to be so prominent, Adam Mekki didn't get many opportunities after he joined them in mid-season and O'Cearuill was a short-term signing.
From what I read, Dover fans liked Nanetti and thought he added a bit of skill and verve to their play but I suppose he wouldn't really fit into Kinnear's more functional style of football.

Amazes me that we have not offered Gjokaj a deal, will be a brilliant signing for anyone in this division. Saint-Luce also has potential.

hard to beleive Gjokaj has been released. an excellent tackler and good with the ball at his feet, always felt he would be better as a holding mid than a centre back

I don't recall seeing him play but people who have say he's quality. He sounds ideal for us, we need a solid holding midfielder. Hope Mills has already been on the case and that's why he's been 'released'.
