Still, would have taken that draw before hand! How did Derby manage to concede 3 in the first place?

We were awful for an hour by the sounds of it. At least two of the goals were absolutely woeful defending from us.

Must improve defence. Good to score 3 and showed a decent fight back but we must improve at the back if we are to go up, they aren't good enough sadly.

Heard Mascarell was poor today too, Thorne will be back in soon anyway so it should be all good.

Can we get Bent and Ince Permanently?

What a game and what an atmosphere created by both sides.

We were quality. Every player gave Evans 100% and even though we've blown a 2 goal lead I'm very happy with that.

Derby will go up.

Not if we defend like that

Our attack is good I agree, but this defence will be ripped apart by a lot of Prem sides. Albentosa is training again now anyway, hopefully he can offer an improvement on either Buxton or Keogh.

Only thing I can think is we had a hard battle with 10 men against Reading on Saturday, while you got the week off so were fresher.

Move on to the next game now, we can do this but falling behind isn't good enough currently.

Middlesbrough will go on to win the league now IMO. Us and Bournemouth drawing our last two has brought Ipswich back in it, and Watford are in there now too. One more slip up could bring Norwich in to the picture as well.

Hope we can string a few wins together as we're going to need to, to stay in contention for second.

What is Bent like for you lot in how he plays? I couldn't see him fitting you guys at all when you got him, he isn't a footballer, just an incredible goal scorer, technically in terms of his control, passing and bizarrely, how good a connection he gets on shots. He is one of the worst I have ever seen in the flesh at pro level, and saw him for a few different teams. If he turned up to train for your Saturday team you'd probably tell him not to waste his time coming back next week due to how ungainly he looks at times.

I remember he scored a hattrick for Sunderland against Spurs and still looked awful, missed a pen, scored another two that he miss struck. Yet the only people above him in the all time scorers chart for the prem, are pretty much an elite list. Loves a goal against Wolves too.

Agree with a lot of what you say but for me he is one of the best I have seen for getting in behind defenders and running off the shoulder, his timing was perfect probably 99% of the time.

Agree with Bobbin's summary above.
He works very hard for the team and must have made more headed clearances from corners and long throws than anyone else in our team on Tuesday evening. All-in-all, a very different player to Chris Martin but so far, so good.
