As i'm not watching the game or listening to it on the radio, who do you mean by him?

I don't think anyone is slating you Jordan. This is total rubbish and unnacceptable!
Utter dross and I don't want to hear Cotts moaning about budgets and quality. He's the bloody Manager and if he can't manage at this level???

Fuck it, don't care if it's a bit billy big bollocks... 4-1 City, Kodjia hat-trick. Good feeling about this one
Ah. Yeah....

We actually started very well. On top and created a fair few chances, at least one of which should probably have been taken. But then a great strike from Clarke-Harris and the most stupid pen to give away and our heads completely dropped.

Had a bit of possession at the start of the 2nd half but it was all so pedestrain and then even that dried up. Outfought and outmuscled all over the pitch, a mediocre Rotherham side totally deserved the victory and by a 3 goal margin as weĺl. That was as bad as anything in our relegation season.

Worrying times.

On the plus side, at least it wasn't 6. Still out of the relegation zone! :woo:

Going, but not particularly looking forward to it..

Have a bad feeling Walkleys prediction of narrow home win will be correct. A win would be huge for us though, and anything less would be a bit disappointing.

Narrow home win? Fucking hell I was being optimistic

Last season was too good for City fans. It was equal to about twenty bad season's worth of karma in the world of a City fan. Brace yourselves.

At least Rovers conceded in the 94th minute.

Some right idiots around me in the away end. Blaming Pack for absolutely everything. He was very poor today but far from the only one. Yet it seems he's the latest boo-boy.

Bennett commits the most needless, idiotic foul to give away a pen: "Fucks sake Pack". Ayling gives the ball away yet again: "Useless Pack, get him arrfff Cotts" Korey Smith had by far and away his worst performance in a City shirt, lost almost every 50-50, made to look completely lightweight.

And celebrating the fact Pack's now suspended despite the fact we have no one in that position to come in for him.

And to cap it off, 2 of the more vocal started trying to cause a fight amongst the City lot when someone had the temerity to disagree with them, until their mates managed to calm them down and they walked out. Fucking invalids.

Well it was a black guy at that back post, suppose it might well have been  I'm not the best at distinguishing players!

I like Bobby but he's not a defensive midfielder and we were lightweight enough as it was today

I'm not bothered about him not being defensive, Smith and Wade always worked well. The lack of height would be a major problem though. He has to at least come in for Freeman though, shite again and getting fed up of him.

I thought City played pretty well until JCH scored and even up to the second goal they were ok.
TBH we played like the away team and let City come onto us and hit on the break with the pace of JCH and Grant Ward.

I might be totally wrong, but it looks like City need to score first and quickly lose confidence when they don't.
Trouble is, if you don't take your chances, in the Championship teams quickly punish you, just like Ipswich did to us 2 weeks ago.

We took our chances today and a second clean sheet in a row has given everybody a lift but we have a tough home game against Wolves next week and then two away at Blackburn and Huddersfield so getting away from the bottom three is going to be tough.

Our players really grafted for one another today though and that's all you can ask for.

Wasn't there, however I think I'd be leaning towards getting a replacement if I could actually think of someone I'd really want to come in. Paul Lambert I had as the one before he took the Blackburn job.

Bang on. We do tend to start fast but if we concede the early goal rather than score it we lose and lose bad. See today, Fulham, Reading...

As for you guys, you did look vulnerable at the back early on we were cutting through you pretty easily but once you got that cushion to hold onto you were comfortable.

I can't see you in anything but a relegation scrap, despite winning comfortably you were still pretty mediocre if I'm honest. Though no more so than say Forest or Wolves were, and the work ethic and application on display today would suggest you'll make a fight of it at least

I wouldn't think of changing until at least after January. Needs a chance to bring in some reinforcements to at least give him some options to change things if it still isn't working

Dear oh dear, Cotterills lack of Plan B continues to annoy as does his love affair with certain players. Shoddy.

Bobby, Bobbyyy Reid...

We certainly seemed to miss alot of chances again (judging by the radio commentary) whereas the Millers took theirs. This, in essence, is the difference in this divison. We HAVE to start taking these chances we are making or definitely convert more than we currently do.
Did Cotts really say we were the better side on the radio? It certainly didn't sound like it!
Well done Millers.

Well done Millers.

Agard missed a one on one at 1-0 down and a header at 2-0. Apart from that I'm struggling to think of any other shots we had let alone chances.

We were for the first 20mins tbf, half an hour at a push. Agard's chances you mentioned, Bennett and Kodjia had shots narrowly wide, wingbacks got in behind plenty and had plenty of corners.

But after the penalty we didn't test Camp once and to say we were the better side overall or deserved anything from the game would be an utter nonsense.

We sounded alright at the start but at no point did I feel confident we were going to score. So many times you hear the commentator raise the voice in excitement as if a goal's about to happen but we fail to convert. I just end up rolling my eyes every time it happens.

The only person I'd have considered changing him for would have been a high quality replacement, hence Lambert. I wouldn't change him for just anyone. If the worst happens he would get us back out of the division quickly.

Hypothetically, if he was to go, one I haven't seen mentioned is Gus Poyet. What's he up to at the minute?

I just don't think getting rid is the answer. I get frustrated with SC but I don't think he's the main problem at all.
