When did Jonny May transform into a world class winger

Ben Youngs certainly wasn't keen to be interviewed!

That interview was symptomatic of England in 2018. A player who has been utterly woeful mirroring his ill-disciplined coach and making a very poor decision - made himself look a right bellend.

A very poorly coached team now, front 5 give away far too many daft penalties at set-pieces and in open play (Someone needs to give Itoje a rocket as he's regressing as a player) - the backs need a couple of players that do the basics well - say what you want about Mike Brown but when things have got messy he's still made his tackles and played well defensively.

Broken record but George Ford needs a lengthy hiatus from the international game - only notice he's on the pitch when you're in the opposition 22. It's alright saying he needs front-foot ball and forwards doing their jobs to be effective but it's a crap argument when you've got Danny Cipriani who has been sensational all season with a less than stellar Wasps pack.

Nightmare for Freddie Burns.

First misses a kick right in front of the posts then is caught out celebrating too early when scoring a try.

All in the last 6 minutes and Bath lost by 2 points.

For about 38 minutes that was as close to perfect as you could get from England but One mental error from Farrell and a well taken taken try by NZ the momentum all with them now. Fully expect NZ to win this now by about 7-10 points but more than credible overall from England so far.

England got jobbed on that one at the end for me but I guess you can say they got away with it last week against the Boks at the end.

Very good, hard fought game and England can take a lot from it.

Lawes will probably want that one at the end back though. No point going for glory when we were in prime position to get the Drop Goal.

Fair to say this wasn't in the script -Japan been excellent value so far .

England too strong in the end but a scare certainly.

Not a massive rugby fan, but was looking forward to seeing a good match and cancelled what I normally do on a Saturday morning, but England clearly never showed up. Really was a disappointing show. Jones said they were ready, but they were never really in the match. Well done South Africa, who had a plan and stuck to it. I didn't see the NZ match, but that was England's final by the sound of it. I feel sorry for the England supporters, who paid thousands of pounds to watch a no-show. Will Jones walk away now?

Outclassed up front and in the end South Africa scored 2 excellent tries to really hammer home their dominance .

Just flying back from Japan after 2 weeks here.

Didn’t actually come for the rugby, that was a fortunate coincidence but so disappointing last night.

I really thought we didn’t get the rub of the green from the referee tbh who made some decisions that at times swung momentum against us, however we lost to the better team so no real complaints tbf.

I thought the SA try looked a forward pass & that was the feeling from SA fans, Kiwis and Welsh in the bar too - but the commentary was in Japanese so not sure what was being said. What did ITV say about it? That could have changed the game tbh but ultimately SA deserved their win.

There was a suggestion it has to be said but they don't seem to fuss about such decisions so much .

Yeah it was a matter of time anyway, I’m glad it wasn’t a game changing decision/change the course of the game.

I have to say most of the SA fans I’ve met out here have been weird, aggressive and just generally dicks. Speaking to other fans too, they had some real horror stories from them as well. However, I’m really pleased for Kolisi (SA captain). What a stunning story that is from where he’s come from & what he’s achieved. He’s a true inspiration and if we could lose to any captain lifting the trophy, I’m glad it’s him

Get to keep all their top players so in the long run probably won't make much difference

Not likely to get relegated despite the points deduction.

Great bit of history created today with Ireland winning the test series in New Zealand, them losing at home doesn’t happen often. Incredible performance to come back from losing the first match.

I actually fancy another NH clean sweep today with the other games.

Good win for England.

Tough first half but got into it after the break and held out well.

Not really a fan of egg-chasing , but all the same that's an impressive victory coupled with the one last week. Good omens for the next World Cup.

Wales fell to defeat in South Africa so that spoils the NH sweep but even so it feels like as a general rule the balance of power is shifting in world rugby.

England did what they had to do earlier but in terms of looking ahead to the World Cup I’d still be worried about how they look with the ball in hand. Did a great job defensively but will need more to compete with Ireland, SA and NZ.
