Troy Deeney absolutely ripping into our players publicly again. I get there have been a number of issues behind the scenes but after making the national media blasting them last week and then getting a performance like that, not sure to be doing it again and going even further is gonna win over the dressing room.

4-5 would’ve been an absolute travesty. Yet again a side come here and score with pretty much every chance they had.

We could’ve had 2 or 3 more as well, mental game.

We could’ve had two or three more pretty easily as well, how the one where your ‘keeper dropped the ball on his own goalline and it got hacked away about three times in ten seconds didn’t go in I have no idea. It was indeed a stupid game, not a good look for either side really but at least we should be safe by now.

Horrible team, MK. Still, pressed us really well all game whilst we sat off and played for a point. Only one team deserved to win that. Dean Lewington is evidently immortal and put up a quality display against Rob Apter, class is permanent. Still very much what we round here would call a "narky little blert." And don't get me started on their bench straying water into the crowd after they scored the winner!
Can’t argue with the result as Milton Keynes were the better side over the 97 minutes. Did think there were questions about the build up to the corner leading to their winner with arguably 2 fouls on Rovers players ignored by Darren Drysdale. However stupidity subbing both full-backs in added time.

Stupid game. We have no full backs, nothing in the middle but a league 1/maybe even championship strike force. I couldn’t even try to comment on Grimsby after that.

The ref was definitely a wanker as well.
The ref was great I thought, he let everything flow and was consistent with it throughout. It would never have been 5-5 without him just letting the game play out. Your players didn’t seem to learn that though, they kept going down and constantly ended up out of position.

I thought we were unlucky not to get a foul in the build up to your third (I think, there was too many goals, not the final one on Crowley but before that there was a pretty obvious shirt pull not given when you won the ball back), but otherwise he was fine. A far more professional display than any of the players, for sure.

Not the best of displays from mansfield again today, though morecambe were decent and the best side i’ve seen us play in some while in fairness.

In short clough needs to bin off this fad of playing brunt and cargill together, it doesn’t work and the performances have suffered since, it’s not where we need to be.

Not all lost with barrow drawing, we’ve got to be winning home games against FG and sutton in consecutive home games this week.

Town played some fluid passing football, but as usual we were let down by poor finishing with the final ball.

Odoh was continually fouled, eventually and rightly Gorrin was sent off. Against 10 men Harrogate made easy work of scoring 2, then kick the ball about for the last 25 minutes.

I counted 5 substitutions by Deany but it was not clear what he hoped to achieve other that bring on fresh legs. The subs didn't add anything and their shape and tactics remained the same . I don't think the continual stream of abuse he directed at his players helped either. We could hear him at the away end.

I like FGR as team and would be sorry to see them go down, but on this showing it looks inevitable.

I thought the ref was average at best. But a far better performance than many a player on both sides.

The fact we went into half time level was criminally embarrassing or embarrassing criminal. The game should have been over there and then.

When you score to lead in the 93rd minute you should win the game obviously but we only led for 3 minutes in the whole game. So to keep coming back from going behind is something I guess.

Is the pitch as bad as it looks?

I wasn't there, have just seen the goals but in fairness 4 of the goals we've scored are from a combined 10 yards, not that surprising those ones go in.

On the front 5 points above, there is basically no formation that realistically allows all of them to play together without being very open. If another CB comes in I'd want to look at 4-2-1-3 with Brindley at RB and Cameron at LB with Nemane being the one to drop out and Langstaff playing from wide. How was Robertson today?

He was fucking world class at missing obvious fouls and giving nothing free kicks that lead to goals. With the aid of our defence of course.

I haven’t really had gripes with a ref this season but that bloke was shit.

Just hoofball merchants with overpaid mercenaries winning penalties all game because we've paid off the referees.

Come on lads there is a strong element of truth to all that (bar paying the refs bit? but to pretend you didn't get plaudits and compliments throughout the whole of your record breaking season that rightly earned you the title is laughable in the extreme.

You overpay for players, have a huge budget compared to your average league rivals, you play direct football and used to utilise the long throw and towels and Mullin hit the deck with varying assistance whilst simultaneously claiming the penalty. But none of that means you weren't/aren't very good and very effective. With your squad and cost of that squad, it's hardly a surprise.

The saddest thing for me is that there are people on our forum who seem to think he is doing the right thing.

I think we may have discovered that at least some of our players, possibly a significant number, looked at TD as a player and thought he was a big time charlie only at the club for a meal ticket...it would be very unlikely that their attitude would change with him as a manager.

Dale Vince has screwed up bigtime with this appointment, he could have brought in the right person and given us a chance to avoid relegation, sadly it looks like the deal is now sealed...we will be going back to Solihull Moors, Woking and Borehamwood next season.

Also thought Stockport were good today way too strong for us in the second half and just to add any team in this division that can Bring Powell and Madden off the bench in League 2 shouldn't be moaning about injuries that squad Is good enough to cope with it.
We
Expected a lot more from Walsall given their recent form. With only 13 outfield players fit and no right back any decent side would have had us today. First half we were lethargic and playing exactly like a team down to the bare bones. Missed opportunity from Sadler the way he set Walsall up - looked defeated before a ball had been kicked.

Second half was a return to our old performances and a glimmer of light that we might be able to hang in the top three by our fingernails until March when we should see most of our midfield and MSH back.
MSH and Sarce back start of Feb all being well.

I actually thought the referee was strong and was one of the best we have seen all season. He certainly wasn’t having any play acting or diving.

Jones and, in particular, McGoldrick are far above League 2 standard. This is balanced out by Cameron who struggled in non league, let alone in the EFL, totally out of his depth with football boots on.
Grimsby should have taken the 3 points but their defending, plus Notts attacking prowess made a mockery of the game. 5-5 but probably should have been 7-3

If Notts County hire Bowyer, I promise no more exciting matches.

The more I watch us the more I kind of think that’s what we need. Stick Crowley, Didzy, Langstaff and Jones on the pitch in any formation and we’re scoring goals - why we need to play them and 3 more attacking players is beyond me.

Of course, as a chaos merchant I enjoyed Williamsball but there’s an element that of us wasting a season here with the attacking players we have and just wasting their output with our defensive frailties.

You could argue we deserved a point today, but Morecambe played very well and are now the worst and best side I’ve seen this season over the two fixtures bizarrely.

Mansfield didn’t play well again truth be told, things just need changing up a bit I reckon plus we obviously still need a striker, I think Clough needs to bin off playing Reed and Brunt together in midfield for the next two, one of em gotta go it’s not working.

Our first four goals were all tapped in from about a yard out, you’re doing well to try and suggest we should’ve scored less than that.

I thought we got battered for half an hour but were generally the better team for the remaining hour after that and if anything probably edged it overall. Really, though, both teams should be ashamed of themselves.

Oh my god. If we got Bowyer or similar in you would come to regret that statement. I shudder at the thought, from frustrating feast to dull famine.

Overall we definitely should have lost today but Grimsby have been struggling all season so we didn't and incredibly were 5 mins from losing. Not sure how long Artell has been in charge but I'd be concerned.

Shocking first half. Would of been atleast a goal behind if they had Ali what's hid name up top.

Much better 2nd half, pushed up to make it harder for them to play out from the back. Fletcher is quality, genuinely dodged a bullet with Armstrong not getting done an picking him up on a free

I was amazed how comfortable we were for the first half hour and would have gone in ahead with a finisher in the side. But apart from Davison's customary missed chance to put us ahead the 2nd half was a different story. Once you went a goal up some of that play on the left hand side with McClean and Fletcher showed they're in a different class to anyone else we've faced. Really can't see anyone else winning the league.

I thought your iFollow commentators were excellent by the way. I usually listen to the oppo commentary when watching to get their analysis of us and sometimes it's just embarrassing with every tackle worth a red card. Yours were partisan and enthusiastic as you'd expect but fair and honest too.

Jesus, was Mark Griffiths taking the day off? I struggle with how one sided he is towards us usually.

We were shocking in the first half today and fortunate to only be one goal behind at the break. It was a really heavy pitch, but I don't think we created a single chance prior to half-time and were struggling to pass it more than about five yards without skewing it off the pitch or playing it straight back to Bradford who, in all fairness, looked tidy and well-drilled.

The second half was a little brighter though and by the end I thought a point was probably fair for both sides. We were looking more likely to nick it towards the end but it would have been harsh on Bradford.

That is us in a nutshell this season annoyingly. A great point today, could have been a different story if Mellon had stayed a bit longer.

I was worried about the lineup but some of the players who have been out of favour, really stepped up today. The new signings looked good too, happy with that overall.

What’s the highest number of goals a team has seen in a season at both ends? In the history of football? Genuinely think we’ve got a chance here.

Great battling performance from us with 10 senior player injuries.

Unbelievable we are still top really with the absentees. You'd imagine Wrexham will get us and only Nigel Clough is stopping Mansfield from being top IMO.

At Field Mill you didn’t even try to attack, zero ambition.

Today you played some good stuff, admittedly we were far from our best and the conditions not great but I thought you countered well, we both looked a bit toothless truth be told.
