Being bullied up at Rotherham. New manager please.
Same but at Birmingham.

Not that Brum needed any help, but they got a penalty which 100% would not have been given to us

Been the better side first half but very little chances for both sides, Akins had a great one in the box but sent it to mars predictably.

Yeah disappointing to be drawing really, dare say wrexhams bench will pay dividends this half but I’m happy with us so far.

Yeah Rotherham’s first goal was a yard off wide as well. Similar though would probably be losing anyway.

Watts must surely be on the Hollywood payroll?

Big shame.

Charlton better side the second half, a draw a fair result. Very clear both sides out of form.

Both sides probably thought the other was there for the taking but neither able to do anything about it. I cannot remember us ever missing a player to the extent we are Lee Gregory.

That second half, relatively speaking was pretty good for us, we normally create nothing all game. Not convinced we are even out of form tbh, we’ve looked like that almost every game this season

We are so much better than that, we played x5 better against Huddersfield. I’ll take a point away from home, like mentioned we just lack any quality in the final third at the minute.

When the home side get a penalty for the forward throwing himself into the area then you know it's not going to go your way.

We were on our way to getting the job done again until that Brunt brainwave. A clear penalty but the ref was a joker from minute 1 where he booked Lee for an absolutely nothing foul.

Cambridge were like the Cambridge of old, land of the giants. If they put that sort of effort in every game then they wouldn't be in the drop zone. A point was a fair result overall.

Yeah you weren’t great but could easily have had a couple. That Akins miss in the first half in particular ..

Yet we still have none awarded despite another shout today. Fleur obviously took the brown envelopes with her.

It was a proper game of 2 halves today. First half we took it to Huddersfield, scoring 2 good goals, especially the 2nd. Really well worked and deservedly ahead.

Huddersfield were always going to come at us 2nd half, made a few changes, you just want us to hold out a little longer than we did for their 1st as it lifts the crowd. A potential pen they didn't get and then scored 2 mins before the end.

Would have settled for a point beforehand, frustrating the way the game panned out.

Well in the end we gave Shrewsbury a good going-over, 4-1.

Fuck knows why, but they put Luke Leahy on the cover of their matchday programme, an old photo from when he was an STFC player…and today he got 2 assists against them. :ffs:

That’s the issue, Akins is utterly hopeless in front of goal (good at penalties tbf) Gregory scores that and makes it look easy doing it!

Very happy with that, took it to Wrexham at every opportunity, restricted them to very few clear chances, and were brave when the going got tough after Watts let in Wrexham for their second. Ref was spot on for all decisions, including all the bookings and didn’t give in to the baying home crowd. Clear penalty, stupidly given away for our equaliser. Hope we can really build on this performance, didn’t look like a relegation side today by some margin.

Great point at charlton where both sides were pretty poor.

Would’ve won £412 had wrexham won at home like they always do, apart from didn’t.

c***

Enjoyable game , thought we showed some fantastic grit to work our way back into a game that looked all over at half time, it’s boding well for us as we are now showing far more desire and belief when going behind than we did early in the season. Draw deserved but well played Lincoln great contest.

Point blank at his arms protecting his stomach, ridiculous. Probably saved us from getting spanked 7-0 though, Birmingham let off after that

0-0 about right between us and Burton, we had the better of the game and chances, but we're not clinical enough in front of goal, if Agyei and Kelman aren't at it we don't seem to put teams to bed. We're a midtable team and it showed on us today.

Burton I didn't think were terrible, their game plan worked. Thought they lacked alot of quality in the final third which will ultimately see them go down I think.

Another clean sheet at least though, keeping alot of those recently, 7 in our last 10 in all comps I think.

Just back from the game. We were poor, but Cambridge deserved the point, if not just for their travelling fans. Fair play to each and every one of them.

Had a good chat with some before the game, proper decent fans and tbf, and none (we met) begrudged us our recent backing from R&R and uplift in our luck (finally)

I think most Wxm fans will agree...we're not top 2 auto-promotion jobbies...but we're up there punching, so you never know what could happen - esp if we buy the right players in Jan.

First half I thought we were much the better side but didn't have the lead. Second half we were poor and Stevenage were very astute at seeing out their lead which they got from a questionable penalty. An awkward team to play against, limited in many ways but hard working and you can see why they pick up points at home.
