Sam Austin is a complete disaster at this level, don’t care how many players we have injured, I’d rather have a youth teamer in than him.

It’s been a niggly non event in the first half and I’d be surprised if either team have 11 on the pitch at the end

Morecambe had the better of that half you have to say. They look a fair bit better than their league position suggests. Good atmosphere from the home fans, nowt like a good protest to get things going.

We need to speed things up a bit.

We're very fortunate to be leading at HT.

Fairly even for me, they missed that sitter then Paton misses an even easier one.

Goal ruled out was 50-50 some times you get away with that one but we didn’t.

Need to move it quicker though and be more assertive. It’s all very Southgate England in how we are playing it.

Massively tell we’ve lost our midfielders to injury though.

Hard to see us getting much out of this. We've not got enough going forwards to chase a game imo and Crewe have already shown they can be dangerous on the break

Gibson just hit the inside of the post and the rebound went straight to the keeper. Salford score just knew this would happen

If Cook plays Naylor at CB one more time I think we might have to go finding that receipt for the statue

Honestly think that’s the worst penalty decision I’ve ever seen given.

Wait until you see the one given against us today, Green cleanly wins the ball in the box ref gives Newport a pen.
Thankfully justice done our keeper saved it.

Revenge for David Coote giving all refs a even worse name than before now.

;)

It's either that or just a repeat of last season's dodgy penalty award.

I remember for decades Crewe always being a talented but soft as bunch.

But not anymore , yellow cards aplenty for cynical fans and now a straight red for cutting Palmer in half.

That game highlights one of many reasons why we’re 100% going down

A 3 1 win at barrow in a game devoid of any quality apart from matty stevens finishing. He should really have had a hatrick. If we can win on Tues we will make a dent into the playoffs again

That's our worst result of the season. We should have been out of sight, MK did fuck all and we've gifted them 3 goals. Fuming at that

That crewe performance has to be one of the most thuggish I've ever seen.

Ref missed a clear stamp first half should of been a red.

Demetriou made 7 fouls and didn't even get booked.

Plus the ridiculous cards second half.

Add in a astonishing penalty decision and it killed the game.

Crewe created absolutely nothing. Truly horrible team.

We didn't play particularly well at Barrow. 3-1 flattered us. In saying that we've played well in recent away game's and got nothing. Swings and roundabouts.

Bad from us today. I don't give a shit what's up with Dunkleys neck, get him on that pitch. Araujo back at CB with him. If Naylor plays there again I'm gonna flip. Both their goals are avoidable, 2nd balls out of the box being met by a player with no one in the same post code. Naylor covers both those if he's midfield. Boring, predictable and slow going forward as well. Not good enough

Battling never say die win in a tough game there, Morecambe had little quality but worked ever so hard and kept us quiet for large parts but thankfully the moment came and Chislett wasn’t missing that.

5 clear of 2nd, 6 clear of fourth, huge game next which gives us a chance to really pull away potentially

Pleasingly Stockley and Cover managed to avoid a booking so got through it.

9 wins and 2 draws in 12 and hopefully the mini blip last weekend is behind us.

The annual lead 1-0 at Colchester equaliser at the death continues, Sam Walker double shocker to give away a nothing corner and then fall over for the goal.

Add to that the ten minutes added on because Richards looks like he’s dislocated his shoulder, add that to the never ending list FML.
