Bit of a hammering so far this, should really be one or two more. Look a totally different team away from home.

Not a bad first half from us. Controlled the play as expected and created a few half chances but nothing major tbf. Olakigbe has looked sharp on the right to say he literally signed yesterday, I’d keep getting the ball out to him as much as possible if we can.

Cheltenham look a solid & resilient outfit tbf, but hopefully if we can keep knocking it about and working them side to side then they’ll tire and we can open them up later on in the 2nd half. If they get a goal up in this game I can see it ending up a very frustrating afternoon as I’m sure they’ll be happy to sit in and soak it up.

Swindon are on fire right now with 3 wins in a row. Can they make the play offs or even make the automatics?

Their fans seem confident that Holloway is the man to take them into L1!

Harry Smith is the best striker in this league.
Seen a bit of this of late. I'm big enough to admit Holloway has done a good job. He is still an odious c*** though. However...let's not pretend Swindon have beaten anyone with a pulse yet. They aren't as good as Donny last season yet, in my opinion.

We've gone back to having no real cutting edge. We're too easy to defend against. Needs changes this.

Very improbable but results go against them today Gillingham might be in a position they’re looking over their shoulders a little. Likely only need another 9 points to be safe but the manager change hasn’t worked at all so far.

Sang replacing Clark the only change which is enforced due to his ban. Happy with that, Chislett returns to the bench and looks a strong XI with lots of options.

At least barring Byers Moore has finally found his best lineup. Took until January but it’s the world we live in.

Ripley not even on the bench lends to the suggestion he is on his way imminently.

Yeah don’t think we will see him again, Broome didn’t come in on loan to not at the least make the bench week in week out.

I can’t believe we’ve lost this game
Because we've been poor. Just don't carry enough threat or invention. Been the same story since Markanday left. In fact, scratch that, most of the season

Get in, huge win. Proper promotion contenders stuff grinding it out at the end.

Gillingham no less dirty than earlier in the season, but the tables very much turned there

For all the play we had we didn’t make their keeper work enough. 17 shots and only 3 on target is crap. In the end we’ve been punished for that

That felt sweet after Gillingham won the league with a smash and grab win at Meadow Lane back in September. Nice to see Nevitt losing his head from about the 5th minute onwards.

Gillingham were awful I thought, didn’t really create anything but Gbode added a good chaos factor in the second half which made it too close for comfort - only criticism is that we should have been out of sight before then though, think with our counter press clicking you could see us causing havoc on the counter but don’t really have the pace to properly do it. Big positive for me was that Jones looked the most like himself since he’s come back, Palmer and Abbott fantastic in the middle and Whitaker looks a bit of confidence short of being a real threat.

Such a filthy filthy finish from McGoldrick which is an apt description, the Gills are filth themselves. Fouls and bookings aplenty.

Expected win but another good away win which should pipe down the moaners for another week which is always welcome.

Right over to the rest of you.

Yeah great first half, should have been 4 up. Not so clever 2nd half but saw it out pretty comfortably. It’s a good job Gills picked up a few points early doors cos they looked dire.

Made hard work of that, should have been put to bed by half time.
Whittaker looked promising, defence solid, centre midfield full of running and strikers getting chances and scoring goals.
Just need a striker to rotate and rest our only two forwards and you'd like to think we're in with a chance this season.

I really fancy your lot for one of the autos.

Donny, Vale, Wombles or ourselves for the other automatic for me, assuming Walsall taking at least one of the others

Don't think we ever really had to get out second gear today. Should have been a dead game long before Gills scored.

Whittaker could be another of the weird brothers AI algorithm finds. Very promising start. Still waiting to see a glimpse of something from our number one target Jarvis.

Hitting form at the right time

New loanee only on the bench, young midfielder recalled from Southport doesn’t even get that far. The Cowley’s have done quite well at PP with previous clubs. Not hopeful but we’ll see…

Who finishes the season higher Artell or Holloway?

Surely still Big Dave even with a huge head start.

No, I’m saying I’m 30 and never supported anyone else. I went to my first game aged 9. A lot like most of our fans, so your jibes are misdirected. Frankly our fanbase now isn’t much different to yours. Mostly local people supporting their local club and a few older Wimbledon fans who stuck with it. And yes, just like every club at this level we get a few randomers who do support other clubs who stop by to watch some live football, but let’s not pretend that doesn’t happen at all of our clubs, I am certain Doncaster get a few randomers who support the likes of Liverpool and Man Utd that stop by for a game or two. Every L2 club probably has some two club wankers too, I’ve seen people wearing Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd etc tops at other L2 clubs the last two seasons…
Fair enough, I get that, I imagine you have a fair few 25 to 30 year olds - a lot more if the promised frenzy had happened but you ( like us probably lost a few over the years due to form & relegations) but your support here today is fucking dreadful (Crawley levels) & I hope you go bust soon, all the best :)

Several changes to our line up (due to injuries mainly).

McGill back in goal due to an injury to MacGillivray, new signing Sanders straight in at CB due to an injury to Thompson, Williams playing CB due to an injury to Offord, Crowley playing CM due to Williams playing CB, Hogan playing CAM due to Crowley playing CM and Hendry in upfront due to Hogan playing CAM. Nemane also dropped for Lemonheigh-Evans which is an odd one (maybe another injury or possibly tactical?).

HAHAHAHA.

I fucking DARE someone to tell me this isn't some pathetic agenda against Vale? The most embarrassing red card decision I've ever seen. Don't even get me started on the disgusting reaction from their player. Flopped around like a fish out of water. Now he's up and about.

Football is gone. Dead as a sport.

No longer about skill or application. It's all about the opportunity to get your opponents sent off, booked, time wasting, dark arts etc..

Never change, Accrington. c***.

Yes, I'm bitter. Nothing incorrect in what I've said though.

I was sceptical but I agree, the EFL and their refs have a clear agenda against Port Vale. My theory is it’s because they don’t want you to go back into League 1 for a few years, do nothing and get relegated again at some point, the ripple effect on the footballing world would be unprecedented
