At least its over for us now, potentially next Saturday officially should we lose against Reading and Lincoln, or Bristol get a win next weekend.

Another terrible game. Cambridge the better of the teams, which isn't saying much. Goal came about with Blackman trying to pass the ball out. Appleton taken responsibility as he said he wants them to try and do it. So difficult changing from the Ainsworth style.

See your centre back managed at least 3 thigh backs. Amazing how many of our fans (and George Lloyd) thought they were pass backs.

Doug Loft was embarrassing holding his thigh trying to get Pierre sent off in the first half. It was his ankle at best

Dunno which replay you saw, the Sky highlights don't show the whole pass but can't honestly see how he can be onside from there.
Still, we wouldn't have scored in 20 games so not worth bothering about. I'm sick of how pathetically dull we are.

It has genuinely been a highlight of the season for us, every match Watts (or sometimes Morro) will do a thigh back, and watching the opposition fans lose their shit for misunderstanding the rules is most amusing.

But yeah, not a match of high quality and you can see why we're going down side by side in the table. Blackman looked much shakier than when I've seen him before.

Just got back from Stevenage. The fans turned up. Shame about the team. Back to sideways and backwards passing for us.

Nice free kick goal for them. Decent equaliser for us followed by our usual capitulation at the end. I'm not going to look it up but we must be world record holders for goals conceded after 90 minutes! It's embarrassing.

I wish someone would explain our goal kick routine to me. As far as I can tell its designed to piss off referees and nothing else. The keeper picks the ball up, slowly walks to the edge of the 6 yard box. Has a faux argument with the defender before throwing the ball to him. The defender sets the ball up and passes it five yards back to the keeper who slices it into touch! They were warned for time wasting in the second minute!
