Hopefully a turning point in our history -- Should all be a lot clearer in July.

I for one will not be showing Peterborough any sympathy with the way they conduct themselves as a club, especially in the transfer market and the way they talk in the media - I still remember when they tapped up and try to take advantage of one of our young players saying they had a better future there than at LTFC because we were a non league club (said player is now in the wilderness) and had no league central funding. Thankfully the others they tried to scavenge didn’t come off.

There's obviously no issues with Bolton and Southend going down but commiserations to Tranmere who luckily appear to be fairly well placed financially compared to others.

Interesting to note that Fleetwood voted to end the season, so that's one of the '6' to break away despite their public stance. Tranmere and Posh obviously voted to play on and I'm assuming Sunderland and Ipswich were possibly the other two?

We will be given options next week, we only had 3 home games left so I believe the majority of season ticket holders will just right them off. Those who bought away tickets do want refunds obviously. As to next years season tickets we have to wait and see but again the majority aren’t looking for refunds, club shares have been mooted too.

Pompey were definitely one of the sides to vote to play on.

What I’ve seen is that Tranmere voted to end the season after their proposal failed to win support. Sunderland, Ipswich, Portsmouth and Posh were the four.

Well, Sunderland, Pompey and Posh are the only ones we know for certain voted to play on. The final vote was either Tranmere or Ipswich. Considering she was replying to everyone only a couple of days ago, Nicola Palios has gone strangely quiet on Twitter when asked how Tranmere voted.

Shrewsbury have offered refunds to anyone that wants one. Those that don't want a refund will get their name on a "wall of fame" at the ground to recognise their "donation" to the club. On social media appears there are a lot of people that are happy for the club to keep the money.

They never really wanted to play on due to the expense. What they really wanted was their three season margin for error system to be adopted. Once that was defeated the end was inevitable as attempting to play on would quite likely finish them, like several other clubs. Or so I’m led to believe, I wasn’t there obviously.

When the Palioi did a Q&A Facebook session (think around the end of April) the impression was that we had the funds to keep us running into next season. So I was surprised both at the extent it’s cost us; £1 million for relegation before games behind closed doors is factored in and the 20 July redundancies. There’s another Facebook Q&A next week, so maybe we’ll get some answers then.

Would think that’s to give employees the most amount of time to hunt for new roles.

Whilst the furlough system is good for now, that all starts to change from August onwards and a lot of clubs are going to have to do similarly unfortunately. Especially with the likelihood of no revenue coming in until October at the very earliest

This hasn’t been made clear, perhaps more detail will be made public once all those affected have been told. However the Palioi did try to build up the non-footballing side of the club, so would expect some jobs to go there.

We're doing something similar. Our names will appear on a special 2021-22 shirt and so far around 90% of season ticket holders who have applied have decided to donate the money back to the club. If all 7000 season ticket holders respond at the same rate, it is probably a £400k saving for the club pro rata. The three clubs that we were due to play away and had tickets on sale have allowed us to keep the cash and the same refund options apply.

I dare say not every club's fans will be as charitable. Advantage of having a good relationship between supporters and the people running the club.

Is that right though? There were 22 votes, Bristol Rovers not voting due to technical problems. 18 for, 4 against. P’boro, Ipswich, Sunderland, Pompey and Tranmere all claim to have voted to carry on. Numbers do not add up. Somebody is lying.

Maybe if Swampy didn`t make snide remarks on Twitter things like that wouldn`t happen. There are a lot of deeply upset and angry people in this area who saw somebody who should know better overstep the mark in trying to be humourous and he suffered a not unsurprising backlash for it. If some of it was as you described its out of order but knowing the strength of feeling there is amongst some of our fans I can`t say I`m surprised especially given that he is the owner of a club for which a lot of us have very little respect for. But I must point out no other club owners have found it necessary to do make the sort of comments he did so why has he? Oh of course he`s a bitter little man because we beat you in the Play offs isn`t he. And fyi I did reply to some of his tweets but my comments were totally about the size of your club, its lack of fans and his dietary habits.
