Just short of 2,600 ST’s sold as of today. After the last 4 years we’ve had to suffer as fans, alongside the increase in ticket prices this year, that’s a fantastic effort in my opinion.

Will you make it through a full season this time?

Early bird prices finished today and we’ve sold just over 3,000.

More than last season, didn't expect that.

Cracking support, just needs a good team to back.

Agreed, fans once again have backed Singh and the club, about time the players gave us something positive back.

That's an incredible figure, how many did you sell last season? We never get close to 3k but have a large on the day crowd.

We're up to 2081 season tickets sold with 1 more day of early bird remaining.

2800 odd.

If they lowered the pay on the day we'd get larger on the day crowds, as it is we'll average 3200/3300 again, unless we have an amazing season then it'll be more.

I have to say your crowds do impress me, really held up well over the last few seasons. Our's dropped like a stone when fans realised we were actually still shit even in non-league. Hopefully a season of actually winning games (even at such a low level) will reinvigorate the South Devon public and get them back on board.

We finished on over 2700 apparently. Around 400 down on last season. All things considered this isn't bad at all, certainly more than I expected.

Finished on 2,700 ‘sold’ which I reckon is similar to what we ‘sold’ last year.

Don’t forget that sponsors always get free season tickets, friends and families of players etc and that’ll all possibly take us over the 3,000 mark similar to last year.

Graham Bean did an interview earlier in the year explaining that this was the case, so as mentioned i don’t know if we’re actually down on last year, which if true is pleasantly surprising really given the price increase!

About 1600 for us again this season. Oddly enough we don't count all season ticket sold in our gates, just those who are scanned on the way in

You mean, you only count people as attending if they only turn up?

That isnt strange, its normal.

Lots of teams include no show season tickets in the attendance stats, Arsenal and West Ham in the premier league do it and Sutton and Eastleigh at this level.

Eastleigh still count the free tickets they give out

God knows what Fylde include in their gates, it isn't people

Newcastle admitted they count all season tickets, corporates and freebies, regardless of how many are actually taken up. Some estimates reckon they are two or three thousand higher than the actual number that attend.

The article also said that all Premier League clubs do this.

Some of the PL crowds are 10k below reported attendance. Think almost every club do it to be honest. Could argue tickets sold is on to report as official crowd, others think it should be actual bodies through turnstile. Caused a debate on our forum as we were including ST holders who didn’t turn up making our crowds seem better than they were.
