Sold out the thousand that went on general sale, so presuming all previous ST holders renew before the deadline we'll hit a cap of 6,800.

With the Railway End getting redeveloped ASAP, taking capacity down to about 9,000, I'm guessing it'll be a sell-out at EP most weeks

Away fans permanently down the side now at EP then?

What about Joslein Mayebi?

Ooof fucking hell, there's a name I'd forgotten.

He dropped a horrendous clanger or two when we played up there one season, spent the whole second half singing ''Let's do the Mayebi'' and jumping about like clueless twats.

Simpler times.

Ours are only on sale for renewals at the moment until 3rd June. Last update a few days ago was over 2,500.

You’d expect even with the increase in price we will beat last season so likely end up between 5,500 and the cap 6,000.

We’ve shifted about 3,600 so far, sold 3,800 last year so well on course to pass that

Average? He was fucking shite man!!

Not quite the worst i've ever seen, but certainly in my all time top 3 worst keepers.

1: Valero
2: Ken Hughes
3: Mark Cartwright

Since 1991, anyway. I never saw us with that famous 0-0 at Maine Road but he stopped everything that moved that day, so credit where credit is due.

David Walsh, Cameron Belford, Christian Dibble and Andy Coughlin all made Mark Cartwright look like Lev Yashin

Didn't think Walsh was that bad. Belford isn't in there, only due to being an absolute top bloke when my lad was mascot in the changing room. Totally forgot about Coughlin tbf as I didn't give much thought. I have PTSD about that lad in goal

Although there was no increase in prices, the take up in the first week of sales is a bit disappointing with just over 2500 sold.

We have moved over to Ticketmaster for 5 years, so there's been a one off £5 charge added but you can still buy them over 10 payments interest free.

Fans have got until nearly the end of June to reclaim their tickets, then they will go on general sale.

It seems a bit poor, but last season was depressing and folk need to recover their appetite for going again.

New signings and a more positive outlook from the club hierarchy and management will help motivate supporters to part with their cash hopefully.
We usually sell around 6500 in this league.

If we had been relegated I would have been disappointed if prices stayed the same, maybe that's the reason.

We can't really complain too much, since we moved to the new stadium in 2012 I can only remember having one price rise and that was last year.

It was to help give Matt Taylor a bigger budget ................... that went well.

Averaged 850 I believe. Issue was our better games were Tuesday nights, Derby, Oxford, Orient, Charlton, Boro all Tuesday’s. Knocked a few hundred off for each so 850 not bad.

May go up next year if games fall on better dates and if Birmingham give 2+ we’ll probably fetch that up there

Surpassed 4,000 now, and that’s with only a very limited amount of seats available to new season tickets and renewals. I reckon we will hit the 6,000 cap.

We passed 3000 but there's still a month left before they go on general sale.
With the number of incomings there is a new vibe around the club, I would be surprised if we don't sell pretty much the same as last season.

it’ll easily reach the 6,000 cap no issues, despite the clusterfuck of the way the club managed yesterday.

Appreciate now we’re up a league 6,000 might look tinpot but it would be the most we’ve had in the modern era.

Go back a decade and 6,000 with a full away end of 1,800 would be deemed impressive.

I don't think 6000 is tinpot.
Times are tough and a lot of families cant afford the outlay.
Even on 10 payments it's £40 a month and that's just one person.
Rotherham do concessions once you are 60 yrs old so that helps a lot of folk who might not otherwise bother.

it’s just annoying we will be in position of turning people money away, the bishop street stand work should have started a year or two ago then it’d be ready for the upcoming season.

Pretty much mirroring last seasons sales so far, when we ended up with 3500 season tickets.
Not a bad number, should still mean the ground sells out if we are doing well and allows people to buy as a one off at a higher rate

Our prices are not out yet but we've been told they will increase.

To be fair we only charged £15 for a terrace ticket on the day last season so we were not expensive. The problem is if they go up to,say, £18 that's a 20% increase. Still cheaper than a lot of clubs but it's a big jump.

It's a difficult balance because you'd need a fair few years of sustained attendance increases (on top of the amount it's already increased) to then make it work financially. Everything will plateau at some stage.

It happened with us where in L2 we'd split the away end into home and away fans, then in L1 there's less opportunity to do that so we were selling out most weeks but things naturally settle down, you lose a few ST holders and that opens up a few seats. Although ironically for us, we probably plateaued earlier than we would have done because of Covid rather than performances.

Looking at some of the pricing in this league actually makes you realise how expensive our STs are!

Huddersfield charging just £249 is crazy?! What were the prices last season in the Championship?

Assume bigger numbers mean they can afford to charge less?? But surely their overheads are much higher than ours?
