The funny thing about this, was that when all these predictions were made, we had a 23 man squad with cover in all positions.

Since the deadline for this passed, we literally culled at least 5 players (including one of our best players Dean Cox) and replaced them with cheap, crap Serie B rejects mainly

Looks to me that nearly everyone predicted Carlisle to be up there this year so their current league position comes as no surprise to most of us.

Did a quick tallying up of my score and I think I'm on 148 which is very average. Then I remembered Carver's prediction so I checked out his score. He's on 237 , but he's got Yeovil's position spot on

Not seen that Cheltenham fan for a while that was convinced we were underestimating one of the best Cheltenham sides they'd seen in their time.

I know most fans will say this but I suspect some of you are vastly underestimating Cheltenham. We are targeting promotion this season and our team is pretty impressive, if we are not at the very least in the top half I would be genuinely shocked.

Funny reading back through this how we all got Orient totally wrong and a few way off predictions but by far the worse prediction of all has to be this one from the Newport fan:

You'll all be pleased to know that our pitch has been dug up and relaid - no doubt we will be playing the ball to Parkin's feet on our super smooth carpet.

Paul Haddock had Orient as Champions with Cheltenham in the play offs.

Although this one from E10rifle really was a good prediction:

The amount of people forgetting that we're run by a megalomaniac with a Punch and Judy puppet as manager is staggering.

Looking back at these now, nearly all had Orient in the play-offs at least and some even predicted them to win the league.

Seems that Orient's collapse was totally unpredictable at the start of the season. (Apart from the Orient fans themselves it seems)

That's not difficult seen as the premier league is fucking shite, but league 2 has a lot less messages than the championship, lge 1 and non league, but the most discussions!
