Well that result is utter shit. Let's go through the turtles:

Leonardo - He leads apparently. What is that bs.
Michaelangelo - A party dude? You're a giant turtle and all you do is party. Pathetic.
Raphael - Cool but crude. In other words, he's fucking useless.
Donatello - He does machines. Something beneficial to the team and helps them to defeat the enemies. He doesn't go out partying and rock up late the next day, he's not crude to people and he clearly has the better leadership qualities than Leonardo.

You idiots.

Clarksatello - aggressive but funny, steak-eating, sandwich-avoiding ubercyclist
