Blue cheese is quite frankly the food of the Gods.

Roquefort is my personal favourite but I love most Cheese anyway, apart from the processed rubbish.

Stick it with fresh olives, some chorizo, salami and a cured ham such as prosciutto , a nice freshly baked loaf and you've got my perfect lunch right there.
