It probably needed a longer break, not that your efforts aren't appreciated Don.

Also, I don't think it's unplayable with 15. It just seems like a small number purely in comparison to how many have played in previous games.

I think there are probably a few factors.

The final few games of the season there are always less people involved compared to the start of the season. People drop off if they can't win the league/cup.

Also, this season has gone on for a hell of a long time. When Sheep started back on TFF, games would be no more than 48 hours apart, which kept the momentum going. In Season 1, there was a game every day! This season started on November 25th, so by the time we are done, we would have been playing for over 7 weeks. Don, this is nothing against you, as I know how much time it takes to run, but it is a factor.

Also, it may be worth taking a few weeks off after this season just to get the interest back up again. We were down to around 11 players at one point in season 7 or 8, whereas around season 15 we were back up to 40 players, so breaks between seasons definitely help.

I haven't played the last few rounds for several reasons

1) Quite simply it went out of my head over Christmas etc.

2) I've been away here and there.

3) I've lost the buzz for it a bit. Needs a longer rest than a few weeks. We're talking 6-12 months in my opinion.

What's the league table like after the last round?

The title race is between two. Most decorated sheeper PH looking to win his first silverware since the 1FF switch vs 4Joes who is still in with a shout of a league and cup double.

Hooray can still (just about) finish second which would be his highest placed finish in the 1FF era. last request isn't able to finish second for a third straight season but could still upset Hooray to secure a podium place. Also in that hunt - Magic, markpvfc and Ciderhead. Would take some sort of freak result for Stevencc and Mike to do so but it might still be possible.
