Having only recently returned to TFF before the apocalypse struck, I have to confess to having zero knowledge of sheep.

I feel like the one kid at school that forgot it was non-uniform day, looking like a total dick whilst everyone else shows off their best threads.

Someone put me out of my misery...
It's a game where you choose a topic such as "Name a Premier League Footballer" and you try and name the most common answer, and you get the same number of points as the number of people who said it.

e.g.
Name a Premier League Footballer -
Wayne Rooney - 2
Pyeman
TomPNE94
Costel Pantillimon
Cardsfan

I would get 1 point, and you and tom would get 2. You're trying to get the most common answer basically

Ta for the info. Seems simple enough [famous last words].

Yeah, if anything, this new start to this thread is a great chance for many people who never really got into it to get started on it. It should serve as a fantastic entry point for those who were interested by a bit intimidated by how big the thread was. Even as somebody who played it near the start, I kind of stayed away in later rounds just because of how much more advanced it'd got with leagues and shit.

I suppose now the old questions used have been lost forever, we could theoretically re-use some of those. No chance of going back and seeing what was most popular last time.

Unless someone has been keeping some sort of database of questions asked and their answers..... *glares at Posh Hammer as a potential candidate for this....*:whistle:

Lads, as it seems nobody is ready to run a whole season yet, how about a season where 8 people run one game each?

Perhaps whoever runs the game can get a set bonus of 10 or 12 or 15 or whatever points for that round as a reward and to make up for the fact that they obviously can't score in their own game. If it transpires that later in the season a player can use this to their advantage or to seal the league title, we can decide as a group to disqualify them from running a game. See how it goes.

Just floating the idea. If you'd be interested in running a game, let us know below. I'll run one (because 10 or 12 or 15 points in a round would be pretty good for me).

Aye, that's cool too if Tom or Veggie want to. Is Veggie here? Not seen him. Whatever the group think is best really, I'll go with it.

Yeah he'll have a huge advantage if anyone chooses the question "Name a character from Made in Chelsea" :)

I'd run a round as well if we had 6 or 7 others doing it.

Played Sheep for so long but never actually run any rounds.

I'm up for running a round. Was considering putting myself forward to run a season back at the end on TFF but with uni exams and stuff coming up thought it might be a bit much to take on, one round would be fine though.

Need any advantage I can get if I want to break into that holy trinity at the top!

Okay then folks, we've had interest from Tom, Nick, and Ciderhead (sounds like an awesome night out in the student union that) so I'm going to just go on ahead and introduce the first game of Sheep on this new forum. If it doesn't turn into a season, it doesn't matter. No reason why we can't get going even if for a couple of standalone games.

Unless nobody has posted enough yet to be able to send a PM, that is. Are there restrictions? I've not checked.

Anyway:

A farm animal

A word that might come after paper
Three Australian cities
An English county not in the Cricket County Championship
A famous spaceship
A charity
A currently active wrestler
A recently retired footballer
Something made of leather
A film with a number in the title (that isn't denoting a sequel or subsequent releases in a series)

I'll set the deadline for 1pm Wednesday because I'm seven hours ahead of the UK. That should also give us enough time to see if we can get enough volunteers to make a season of it or not.

PM your answers to me (if you can)

edit: and Blade too now. An even better night out.

The questions are open for your interpretation and this game works best when they aren't discussed beforehand.
