Anybodies team post their shirt sales totals (by size would be good!)? Any interesting facts would be good too.

I have no idea how many we sell at Grimsby, but I bet the most popular size is XL or XXL.

Interesting facts x2:

Tranmere brought out a shirt some seasons ago with the name of every season ticket holder in the design. Stockport County were the team that changed their kit the most times in a survey I saw many years ago.

We did similar to Tranmere with 1000 names in the shirt - cost £65 I think and you got the shirt of course for that! Vale only wore it twice mind!

Going by how small the sizes have been the past few seasons compared to normal clothing, I'd say 5XL will be the most popular!

The sizing compared to normal clothing is stupid.

Perhaps the sizes are a bit iffy in an attempt to encourage those who buy a shirt to exercise more...jeez, I need a 5XL, perhaps it is time to take out a gym membership or lay off the sauce and burgers.

Dunno about total number of shirt sales but I bet the most popular size is M 'cos we sure love our bikes round these parts.

Seriously though, both home and away shirts are selling like hot cakes, and it's almost a certainty that sales will eclipse those of any other shirt we've had since we were promoted back in 2014, inc those of the well liked 14/15 home shirt which did sell very well indeed.

We sold over 15,000 shirts the other year, and generally sell at least 10,000 per season.

So there.....

Your shirts are free with a box of cornflakes though...

I have a feeling that this season could be quite entertaining, at least as far as this forum goes, with much of it being provided by fans of teams who are new in the division...rather than those of us who follow established League Two teams.

Are you Chris FGR in disguise? Still, nice try nonetheless ;)
No...but I knew that my comment would give anyone whose team had been in the division at least as long as ours a laugh...whereas those who have just arrived wouldn't have a clue what it meant!

Are all teams represented on here by regular (ish) posters?

When we reduced them to £20 in January (?) last season, medium and large were the first to go. I got the home in large delivered to me and was planning on getting the away and third shirts if it fit. It did fit, but when I went back online to buy them both sizes had sold out.

Poundland City.

Welcome to 2019, where it’s fashionable to ridicule affordable football.

Shame more clubs don’t take up the initiative.

It's not sustainable for most clubs to do that down here, though. Looking at your transfer activity, I highly doubt it will be for you lot this season either.

Is that because you don’t have the fan base to offer affordable football? Thought so.

It’s certainly been sustainable for us since it’s launch in 2007, as we’ve made a profit 9 seasons out of the last 10.

I sense you don’t know what you’re talking about?
