Because I run 4 businesses, two of them LTD companies, in addition to 1FF. I'm a big shot, but a busy one. I shall try and be quicker in future.

On this occassion this required a fix via PHPMyAdmin, as some tables were corrupt and had to be rebuilt. It's not something that could be fixed by the admin panel, sadly.

...thinking about that has got me wondering if it would be possible to stick a metaphorical beer mat as a quick fix into a PHP table....?

There is a point to be made there though. Perhaps this needed you and no one else. But there are other things that have happened in the past which Mark and Saddler could step in and sort out if they had the correct access.

After the Nintendo stuff, you were all meant to sit down and work together more but it still seems like when something goes wrong that they’re powerless because you haven’t communicated with them in months.

There is that outlook, that perhaps you can all engage in real life during the brief periods we experience downtime. Tbf, not deliberately blowing our own trumpet here, but we've been pretty much rock steady for months other than this week.
