He's not, which is why I find it strange you consistently have pointed out Wenger's flaws and criticised him for things every manager does. The most recent example being in the Monaco v. Arsenal thread where Wenger said things that clearly weren't meant to be taken at face value, similar to Rodgers defending Skrtel but calling Costa "nasty" for very similar incidents.

Even more similar is the bit where Rodgers claims Liverpool were the better side in the two-legged tie that they lost to Chelsea. It's obviously a pretty pointless appeal but didn't Chelsea appeal the Costa one? The problem stems from having nothing to lose in appealing with the frivolous appeal law now null and void.

It was a clear stamp but judging by Skrtel's reaction he's feeling a sense of injustice. I'm sure the pisscan that is Kenneth Dalglish will be along with the t-shirts soon enough.

What I don't think people realise when they try and defend the indefensible like Liverpool are here (they're not the only club) is that nobody buys it at all.
