Sky predictions 18/19

Personally, I think this is a load of crap but here are their predictions.
No way will we finish 7th.

They probably have us where people expect us, and if the approach on the pitch leads to more entertainment, whilst disappointed, I don't think too many would judge Hurst on 15th in his first season.

Subject to us signing at least another CB, and attacking option (subject to Waghorn leaving), I don't see us anywhere near the bottom 3.

Got us finishing 23rd. Whilst i think we will struggle again this season i think we will finish somewhere between 15-20th

Expect a lot of 1-0 away wins, Paul Hurst is the master of them, get an early goal then shut up shop.
His biggest Achilles heel is finding a way to beat teams at home that park the bus, doesn’t have a plan B unfortunately. Obviously a bit different scenarios though to breaking down teams like Nuneaton and Boreham Wood as opposed to Leeds and Boro!

They’ve got us too high. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see one of the bigger clubs who have been stuck on this league for years finally make it into the top two. Forest or dare I say it...Leeds. It’s tough to call this year but that makes it exciting.

Good read that and I agree with most of it. Can deffo see Brentford and PNE doing well.

If we want to finish that high up though, we'll need to win our first 20 games or something so we have enough points once the LJ post Christmas slump sets in.

Don't really agree with your first paragraph. We weren't the favourites for the title, most bookies had us 7th or 8th favourites infact. I'd also argue we were better to watch than Fulham, we pissed all over them in the first half of the season. If we were more clinical we could and should have put 6 past them at Molineux.

That's fair enough, but I wasn't just referring to the bookies - think more or less everyone had you down as likely promotees.

Fulham just seem to be well liked in most quarters, and a lot of people were very happy for them to be successful last season!
