Couple of notes tonight, as a few people are struggling to get on still.
We are still having a server issues I'm afraid. When we moved servers early last week it triggered their firewall and they have started 'blocking' IP addresses, which is a mistake and we've told them to flush their systems..unfortunately, it's taking them longer than it should do.. we are planning to have 30 minutes down time again midweek, to swap servers to a much more reputable, safer, bigger and better company called 'Dreamhost' - probably the best in the business for hosts servers..so all should improve from then.
If you can't get on...please do the following...
1) Clear your cache on computer/phone.
2) Turn your home route off and then back on and it will give you a new dynamic IP address.
3) Clear your history and then give it 2 minutes.
You should be able to get back on after that.
Secondly, you will notice that the website seems very slow this evening. Again, out of our hands. The server is still looking for pages that don't exist on the website and so the focus of it's energy is taken away from the actual website and things slow down. It should just pass over, even if it's 10-20 minutes later. It may kick you out for a few minutes, it may go slow and then all of a sudden return to normality.
We can't do much about this until we head to Dreamhost...when touchwood...the site SHOULD run almost perfectly without any slow/downtime.
Once again - apologies and please stick with us, it's out of our hands at the moment and so it's VERY, VERY frustrating for us pair too.
Cheers
