Strange , last season not a peep, this season the supporters are being overloaded about the team, and Tom is full of beans, no longer do we hear the mumbled " F*****g hate football", But the season is young, and knowing Sporting, there will be a down side, then we hear the famous sayings, "Fucking aint playing again", and the all time classic" im off to the pub"

UPDATE TIME!!!!

Since I last updated you all with our progress, we have had 5 more league games and 6 cup games. We haven't lost since the first of those games. Smokers United beat us while we were missing our 2 best players and we are now 10 unbeaten in all competitions, through to the quarter finals of the cup and, after beating the league leaders on Monday, now top of the league!

Mightywhites dropped out a couple of weeks ago and Six Offenders were moved into the bottom league with new team Gregson Lane taking the post of whipping boys in the top division.

Another win last night, 10 games unbeaten now for Sporting Leyland and with just 2 league games to go, can they keep it up. The top of the table is as tight as it's ever been.

In the penultimate round of games, leaders SL take on an in form Smokers United for the 4th time this season (W1, D1, L1) while 2nd placed Nottingyourmum's Forest play 3rd placed South Ribble Rejects.

A win is vital for SL who then take on South Ribble on the final day of the season in what could potentially be a title decider.

Used to like SL when they were crap, now its boring , got nothing to complain about, grumble, moan and cry about. Loved them when they prefered the "Dirty Donkey" to football, turn up for the match bladdered, now it seems that they want promotion and all the trimmings that come from winning a championship, greedy barstewards are turning into la-de da elite sportsmen, lmao.
But fair play to the team, hope you get promoted and then struggle in the next league, i, for one would then be delighted, i could then become my miserable self again!!!!!!
