Dover Athletic. 500 seat family stand completed at a cost of £1.3 million. Includes control centre, medical and changing rooms. Think it is at one end of the pitch as the ground slopes away.

Ebbsfleet United. £5 million main stand complete. Temporary strengthening of Swanscombe terrace until the new hotel end is built, providing a non- football income stream.

Bromley FC. Following installation of a 3G pitch, plans in place for a new South Stand.

Maidstone United. The next stage of the stadium development will be four rows of seats on the narrow river side of the ground, providing 600 seats. The new terrace stand will be fitted out underneath with toilets and academy facilities.

and in other kent news... sorry farleigh xx.

Seems like a lot of the south east clubs are structuring themselves for expansion.

York will be impressive and an incentive to get promoted back up.

But Bootham Crescent remains one of my favourite grounds.

Sadly Bootham Crescent is falling to bits and isn't really fit for purpose anymore. No-one particularly wants to move out of town but if there's going to be a club it ultimately has to happen. Now we just need to not be opening the new ground in this Godforsaken league.

Let’s be honest though, of the four we’re the only one arguably big enough for league football

Our plans would give us the necessary seats for league membership, but I’m not sure it’d quite reach the 5,000 capacity requirement. I guess we’d work on the Town End in the event of promotion.

More like playing catch up. But there must be stuff happening elsewhere, even if it's just the promoted clubs rather than the historic league brother cl...yawn.

Perhaps you could ground-share until you meet the League's gradings?

As much as I hate to say it, there's potential for all four to make it.

As much as I agree we need to make money (we've only ever made money on match days) from the ground development, I can't help but be disappointed by the first stand that's been done. If the rest of the ground is to be the same (I fucking hope not) then we may as well rename ourselves Dartford.

If plans go as I think they will, then I think the Ploughend will no longer be the main home end.

Spennymoor's Brewery Field looks a neat little ground, albeit somewhat hemmed in by houses.

I think I’d rather stay in the Conference forever given that alternative.

You were the only club that gave me a chance when I was unemployed but it paid off. I got you lot promoted on this year’s football manager and what happened was during the development of the ground to league standards and a proper pitch put in, we ground shared at Southend until Christmas as Gillingham refused to help out Possible insight into your clubs future if you ever go up.

Back in the dark days of Steven Vaughan he tried to build luxury boxes in the west stand. He didn't get planning permission and used cowboys, so the council condemned them. They've remained in that state for about 10 years, but I hear that they've been converted into classrooms for our scholars.

I'm confused.

I can announce that I have now submitted our full application for membership to the English Football League (EFL) as I believe we now meet all of the required criteria and await their response in the near future.

I can understand applying for ground grading, but how does one apply for membership of the EFL without winning the leagues or play offs? Or have I missed something?

Maybe it’s more for the Arsenal Women’s team matches?
