Oh good another in form team, as Tedy's tough start continues. There are already calls for his head god we really do have sone jokers at our place. Apparently we should be play off's at least this season ? If our lot had their way Westley and Dino would be back in by September 1st as apparently you can't recover from having a bad August. I see another defeat on the cards and fully epect Westley and Dino to be hanging around the Broadhall Way area like an eggy fart come Monday morning as they did when Smith was under pressure.

I assume you mean from the dope's who comment on our Facebook page? The ones who 'support' Spurs or Arsenal and don't actually come and watch us? Can't say I really care what their opinion is!

As for the game... I have a feeling we'll score early but then get pegged back late in the second half if our fitness issues from the last couple of games haven't been sorted, I'll go for 1-1.

I fancy we'll get a draw tomorrow too. If I was betting I'd much rather be on Hartlepool at 13/5 than us at 5/4.

Teddy put Rakish and King Ronnie to the sword today. Deserved win too. Scrapped the narrow diamond, went with Gordon and Akinyemi on the flanks and looked better for it. At 1-0 Hartlepool pressed for a leveller but the late second goal allowed us to rest a little easier for the final 5 or so minutes. We had a lot of young players out there today so pleased to see them compete and more importantly get the win.

A fairly routine win in the end, second half definitely highlighted our fitness issues though. Hartlepool looked extremely average today and we just invited pressure on for a 20-25 minute spell that we really didnt need to, glad Willow managed to get off the mark though as that took the pressure out of the last few minutes with a 2-0 lead.

Yeah, too many of ours started to think they only had to turn up to win. Woods, Fenwick, Carroll and when Bates limped off we got over cautious and sat back from all accounts.

There seems to be some backlash because we've won four games.

If anyone thinks we're the ramshackle outfit we were last season, then you'll be disappointed.
