How the hell is Debra still on the pitch? This is all geared up for them to equalise off one of his long throws.

Fairly fiery match which I reckon we're currently edging and just about deserve to be leading. Luker and Davies causing a bit of trouble for the Vale defence but Vale aren't helping themselves at all. We seem to have oceans of space every time we win the ball on and around the halfway line.

Honestly you should want him stay on the pitch. He’s an utter liability. Luker for you is having a field day each time he gets on the ball. We just look so disjointed. Certainly I’d say you’re good value.

Frustrating to be going in level. Bradford committing some very bad errors in possession at the back and we should have capitalized more. Looked like a clear pen at the end of the half before the post was hit to me too, would want to see that again.

Our very good players somehow winning in spite of Maynard’s prolonged nonsense.

Nice to see Josh Martin play well a week before his contract expires after Maynard’s refused to play him since signing

Despite having the wind behind them, I think it’s actually hindered Vale. Be interesting to see if the same happens to us in the second half. We are on top but I still don’t trust our defence. Any more fouls from Debrah and he’s got to be off.

Think we have to start being really concerned about Moore, he just doesn’t seem capable like when he came in of stopping a rot, sounds like a huge clanger for their goal and they are becoming too common place all of a sudden.

Let’s just get the 7-8 points for survival first and go again in the summer but Moore probably needs to go.

Can't help but feel like we may regret not sticking another one away towards the end of the half there though. Definitely wanna see that handball call a few mins ago again too, you might have got away with one there but might not get a good angle of it.

I'd be surprised if we keep this sort of pace up, we seem to have a habit of coming out in the second half as if we've just finished off all the leftover pigs in blankets.

Utter shite again, obviously any team losing Garrity and Byers for a relatively decent amount of time will struggle but Moore has been clueless with how to play without them.

No game plan and sloppy defensively. It's at the point where you're struggling to see where the next win will come from. Something has to change and fast if we're serious about automatic promotion...I've got major doubts that we can get out of this spiral to be honest.

We've been rinsed by referees lately but we're so bad that I don't even think you can get too mad about it. If we had any sort of game plan we'd be picking up points enough to keep us ticking over in these games without having to rely on getting the decisions...although that's not excusing the clown decisions like Bromley.

Grimsby look decent to be fair, wouldn't be surprised if they get another couple.

I wish Hackford would fuck off. And I've got nothing against him as a young loanee but when he starts, it's worse than playing with 10 men. He is good for tapping the ball into the net and not much more. I seriously doubt Moore's competence based purely on how many starts/minutes he is giving Hackford whilst two big money (for us) signings can barely get a start between them.

About as lifeless of a half from us as I've seen this season. Both the team and the crowd as flat as anything - which is bizarre considering the position we are in.

Vale fans wanted at least a kind ref today and they’ve had that in bucket loads. We’ve really turned up though and given as good as we’ve got physically as well.

The pitch is absolutely dreadful though and whilst it’s still 1-0, we’ve easily got a catastrophic mistake in us.

Like on 2 occasions last season, Crewe seem to be going through another one of those spells where we resemble a Sunday League side. Very random and very strange.

Nah we'll do what we did against Walsall...try to play on the deck when kicking with the wind and then start smashing balls up into the air when kicking into it. They don't have a braincell between them.

Yeah I have to admit I winced when I saw Ainley and Davies as it felt like we'd get given the run around but they've both put themselves about well. Davies, in particular, has really rolled his sleeves up and is putting a good shift in.

We’ve been very poor first half, the defence are a calamity but thankfully Chesterfield have been so wasteful. They look poor in defence we just need to put them under more pressure. As the home team against a depleted team though this has been very disappointing.

Yeah it is tbh . But we could fold second half if you get 1 so it's still in the balance . Interesting game

Josh Martin with an all time great ‘I’ve done fuck all for three months but someone got injured in the warm up so please extend my short term contract’ display here. He’s moving like Carlos Alberto out there.

Not sure on that, he's given some ridiculously soft stuff for Grimsby so far. Be nice if we got some of the freekicks you got in that first half.

I just don’t think we have it in us to try and take the impetus. Got enough of a grasp of Darren Moore to know he will prefer just sit in it. I do think you look a good side, I just wish we did at the moment.

Thoughts and prayers to the seagull that got struck by the ball mid-air as well.

What does Maynard do at Half time, were the worst team in the division at the start of every second half

Bloody Jamie Grimes at fault for both Bradford goals. Just shows the issues when in reality he should be nowhere near it.

Mental free kick given by a piss poor referee.2-0, game over, Moore out. Refs out. Everyone out.

2-0 Grimsby and game over. If we lose to Cheltenham at VP next then I think that’s the point I might flip to the fuck off Moore camp.

In reality that's a good point away at MK. However, we've now had three chances to go second and blown them all - we just can't win games for some reason.
