Two points dropped from us I'm afraid. Highlights of the day was the decent weather, £2.50 for a pint of carlsberg in the Merlin and the magic roundabout.

Glad you and your 97 fellow fans enjoyed the day. I was sat outside drinking Strongbow in the harvester up the road from the Merlin, cracking day.

Also had to be the best goalmouth scramble I've ever seen when you hit the woodwork 3 times in succession!

Good luck for the rest of the season.

How's old Devante getting on Fleetwood fans? Any moans in the paper yet as to how hard done by he is, failing to mention the fact he's a lazy fraud living off his surname? Cheers for Proctor btw

Hitting the woodwork 3 times and then missing from 3 yards just about sums up our season; absolute crap finishing.

As for Devante Cole, I can't believe we paid £75k for the useless idiot. And to add insult to injury, we gave you Jamie Proctor for nothing. Our transfer committee is shite.

Yesterdays game was not one for the purist, sic, two woeful teams, that you nomally see on a sunday morning pub league, and to be honest it looked like they had been on the piss together the night before, buying each other rounds, it looked like they were playing to see who could fcuk up the worse.
Sides in the Priemier league are now seeing the real side of Mr Power, and soon they will not be lending us their players, esp Spurs who got ripped of by Power when we sold Luongo and Gladwin to QPR, for those who are not in the know, Luongo had a 40% sell on clause due to Spurs, so when QPR came in for Luongo, Power threw in Gladwin and sold the pair for in thr region of 4 million pounds, and from what i can gather that most of the money paid , was for Gladwin with Luongo going for a pittance.
Next season we will be relegated for sure, as i just cannot see how Power is going to cobble a decent side tiogether, and with season ticket sales declining he will set an even lower budget for the playing side of the club. We all know that Ajose will be off with the first decent offer that Power recieves, and so as someone else has said on this thread we will have school kids and non league players next season.
The trouble is, they are my team, and ive supported them thro thick and thin for nigh on 50 years, and i cant turn my back on them, but next season i will be going to matches that appeal to me, this so called "Swindon way" is not what was expected, the Swindon Way is the football we played under Ardillies and Hoddle, free flowing attack football, not tip tap pass back!
I have never trusted Power, he is to shady in his activities and in his past, i dont mind some one making a bit of a profit, thats the whole point of an investment, but the things he is doing now,(look up new training ground) he will, in the end, destroy my club and drive into the ground.
