In fairness, we were missing 3 of our best players against you lot (Martin, Lewington and Alli). I am in no doubt that all 3 would have made a huge difference as you could see yesterday against Swindon Town.

Always seen Swindon as a rival, dont know why but they have always been a right royal pain in the backside.

I think it's because they give it all this more than most fans going into a match... then completely fail to deliver. Like yesterday for example, local newspaper articles banging on about us being the McFranchise, promises of a 'hostile atmosphere' and some of the most enthusiastic outpourings of hate towards us I've seen on their forum. Afterwards yesterday I don't think I've seen a set of fans look so gutted to have lost to us.

Although on the downside it does mean they'll probably water it down before they play City knwoing they're going to set themselves up for a another comical fall.

I'll be honest, I didn't even know Bristol City & Swindon were rivals until this season.

Rivals?

It's just a bitter thing between us this season, but it's only down to the fact we've been competing shoulder to shoulder all season, and the events of November have a part to play in it.

Hopefully, next season, when we are a division apart, normal service will be resumed, and we can just go back to laughing at Rovers

Thank you for the life lesson but I have no idea what a 'maig' is. If I think something is correct then I like the post. I don't see an issue to be honest apart from yourself. As for the rest, I can only assume our version of humour is different to yours as my posts are meant as light hearted and it appears to be only yourself that has seen fit to comment on it. Rather than sorting my life out, I would be inclined to look a little closer to home for the issue.

Maynard absolutely crumbled under it when we played West Ham shortly after he left us. Had a shocker and was subbed off on 60 minutes, gutted.
