Evina is a ridiculous signing for step 4. It is a genuine achievement on Tamplin's part to be doing this badly with the squad he's built.

I think he's probably got a lot of natural ability that catches the eye of coaches, but he's had a ridiculous number of different clubs and seems to have made little impression at most of them for whatever reason. Much like Rhys Murrell-Williamson, who had a sensational start with Dulwich four seasons ago when he was dual registered with Hayes, then lost his way as soon as we signed him on a contract.
