I think most of the people who saw my post in the shoutbox the other day about my health are playing Survivor so this is probably the best thread to post in.

I'm having my tonsils removed in the next 2-3 weeks and they'll be tested at the lab for cancer or anything else sinister. The scan/camera can't determine much other than the shape being abnormal. On the plus side, the consultant today said his alarm bells weren't ringing but it did look very unusual. Here's hoping that if it is anything nasty, it gets all cut out anyway.

On another note, it's an in and out operation so don't you bastards dare think of voting me off Survivor because 'I won't have time'. I'll be signed off work for a bit as I'll be unable to talk so this will be my procrastination. Basically, if you vote me off, you're upsetting an ill person. YEAH! Think about that.

What did I say about you going for the sympathy vote?! Knowing you you'll be scanning the thread during the operation anyway, mate.

You are not competing for immunity in this challenge, there will be at least one more challenge between this and the next Tribal Council. However, there are items up for grabs in this auction that may help you win immunity in the future!

There are 12 different items up for grabs, which will be auctioned in this order:

Sealed bottle containing parchment.

Green sealed bottle containing parchment.

Packet of TFF Survivor: China stickers.

Small sealed bottle containing parchment.

The 9th hidden individual immunity idol clue.

The 10th hidden individual immunity idol clue.

Large sealed bottle containing parchment.

Get out of Exile Mountain free card.

Red sealed bottle containing parchment.

The right to ask another yes/no question about the hidden idol.

All you have to go on is the names above. Some of them are self explanatory, but some you will find more about after you win them!

You start the auction with 20 coins each to bid with. Bidding will start at 1 coin for each item, but you are welcome to come in with a bid of 20 coins right off the bat! This will be done in the thread in a 'going once….' style format.

You have to outbid someone to become the leading bidder. So for example if someone bids 20 coins the item is guaranteed to be theirs. Unlike with the rice bidding, you only spend coins if you actually win the item.

First item will go on sale at 7.30 pm tonight.
