Yeah, we're not finishing top 10 - I think 17th/18th is about right, and I'd be happy with that.

interesting to see where everyone else is predicting we will finish - people are saying everwhere from lower mid table to bottom. (I've seen about 10 you tube channels and all but 2 have us going down - and one of the 2 is a Barrow fan - and the other one has Stockport going down and us in 22nd!). I think we'll surprise people. Every area of the pitch we seam stronger than last year - we've even replaced Matty Platt with a full international Centre Back....

Whitfield doesn't seem to be in as rich a vein of form as he was in the first few months? Doesn't always seem to even start. Plateaued a bit? Good player, I liked him he just didn't fit our system. His early season form did seem have the hint of a little bit of a purple patch though more than him being consistently at that level for L2, some crazy numbers.

He seemed to lose confidence around mid-October, and to be honest hasn’t been at the same level since, bar the odd cameo. Still one of the most likely to make things happen when he’s on, but not seen him skinning full-backs for fun for months now.

Similar situation, when we play wing-backs, he doesn’t really fit that formation, and that’s been our main formation for the last few months.

I got two of the top three and four of the top seven right. None of the bottom.

The table doesnt lie but for what its worth....

Worse team I saw this season (by a country mile) was us. Followed by Doncaster. The best was Grimsby (I missed the Carlisle game where apparently they ripped us a new one).

Stevenage (average predicted position 17 - actual 2) = 15 pts
Carlisle (19-5) = 14 pts
Barrow (20-9) = 11ps
AFC Wimbledon (10-21) = 11 pts

Whereas Northampton 3rd and Stockport 4th were exactly where the average predictors said.
