What I meant was, in the PM Rammy mentioned we could play the LR rules if we agreed and we both did, hence we picked the next letter in the Aviva one when we might have just guessed if you see what I mean? But in the end the rules didn't change and you got to see the V (so to speak ) whereas we thought we'd get that on our next go and Aviva Stadium was one of our two answers. Do ya get me?

Sorry if I pushed it a bit far with the goading Lemons, I only mean it all jokingly but I should realise and not do it if people aren’t enjoying it. I feel like the Bruce Forsyth mask joke thing was a bit misunderstood (did I just type that sentence? This is why I love these games). I don’t think what you did in PYCR was wrong, you were completely within your rights to do that and I bear no grudges about it. I think it’s a bit hypocritical though, if you’re not going to give an inch, to expect us to give an inch. I know you guys disagree with that though so fair enough.

The truth is we need points to try and avoid elimination, and we want to stay in this game. So in all honesty we would have kept the rules the same at 2-0 up regardless of who we were playing. Yes, it’s winning ugly but Rammy gave us the choice and we chose what would give us the best chance of winning. If Rammy had insisted ‘my’ rules had to be implemented immediately I wouldn’t have disputed that but the choice was ours.

Hopefully all your team members are all cool with all our team members, and if not then I guess that’s just the effect Michael Cole has on people.

Five Guys on a Fact Hunt V Jehovah's Five

As I said last night, the final will feature a change in the rules in that if you ask for a letter, it will not be revealed until it comes back round to your turn.

Each team has a 15 minute time limit to take their turn, with up to 3 five minute grace periods. I hope all this will speed things up a bit, but if not then play will cease at 11pm, with the leader winning the final. If the score is level, then we will continue another day, with the next correctly guessed word winning the game.

If Team Tinpot or League One & A Lemon are seen to be helping either team, then they will be deducted one point from the Round 2 table.


To decide on who goes first, can each team give me a number between 1 and 100 in their PM. The closest to the number I'm thinking of will be going first.
