Golovkin v Lemieux confirmed for October 17th at MSG.

A potential war as Lemieux has genuine KO power to seriously test him. If GGG wins it'll build up his US reputation more and that opens up a super fight against Canelo once he takes care of Cotto. Canelo v GGG at 160 would generate massive figures.

Looking forward to Campbell - Coyle on Saturday. Though on paper, Campbell should win fairly comfortably.

Campbell wins for sure, he's clearly a few levels above Coyle. Expecting a TKO around about the 5th round to be honest.

Quick win for Dillian Whyte, loved the jab usage. It'll be key if he's going to get anywhere near AJ.

I'm really liking this aggressive side to Ricky Burns.

Old matey's corner will be getting sacked in the morning. Awful way to treat a fighter when the fight is still very much competetive.

Costa and Ofotsu were definitely paid off by Sky.

Looks like Coyle is just trying to get Campbell into a scrum.

Down in the 2nd from a body shot though, he's got no chance.

No chance at all. Coyle is just being as dirty as possible.

Not a bad fight, Coyle is really trying to bully Campbell but Campbell's hand speed and overall skills are just too good. Coyle is in way to deep here.

Stylish performance from Campbell. Coyle tried every trick in the book, including what I thought was standing on the lead foot of Campbell a lot. Although it is a normal problem when it's orthodox v southpaw it looked like he was almost doing it deliberately or maybe it is because he is so clumsy.

Great night of boxing that, been a lot of decent stuff in the last few weeks.

Good stuff from Dillian Whyte, already looking forward to his fight with Joshua. not sure how much he can really threaten him but I hope he does, nice lad and comes across well in his IFL/Sky interviews. On the other hand I want Joshua to go all the way...even though he gets on my nerves a bit.

Coyle is the only fighter who has a "glass body", so to speak. Hit him with a good shot to the ribs and he's down every time.

Also ended up watching Danny Garcia v Malignaggi last night. Garcia showed no problems stepping up to Welterweight, fight with Brook a possibility? Brook did hint a fight with Khan may be edging closer though.

Wasn't impressed with Garcia, I think he's waiting to be exposed. Any of the top 5 welterweights beat him.

I'm still critical of Brook but I think he beats him, Khan beats him in a rematch, Porter pressurises him into submission. Thurman would he an interesting fight though.

Leon Knight and Shane Mosley have had a 2 hour (ongoing) Twitter argument this afternoon, great entertainment.

Groves is going to fight Badou Jack on the Mayweather/Berto undercard. A great opportunity has opened up for him to finally land a world title on the biggest stage, he must take it.

On the Mayweather/Berto confirmation, it doesn't really bother me as Floyd is entitled to do this. He's earned the right to pick an easy fight, he's taken on the likes of Canelo, Maidana twice and Pac, which were potentially high risk and problematic fights for him. Of course he should have fought Pac in 2008-2010 but didn't and that will forever be levelled at him. He wasn't going to continue his potentially risky matchups and fight a Thurman, Bradley or yes even Khan. Saying that, I don't see this being his last fight.

Also on that same night I have noticed that Roy Jones Jr will be fighting in the UK for the very fight time, in Liverpool. I think it is quite sad to see a true boxing legend like him still fighting considering he's years past his sell by and that his greatest attribute, speed, has long since gone. Possibly my favourite boxer of all time, at his peak he was a phenomenon.

Hes got two more remaining, including Berto. Dismantles Berto and then his final fight to take him to the 50 unbeaten (potentially) thats hes been after.... Can't see him taking a risk on his final fight so Pac was the last time we'll see Floyd challenged in the ring....

Cotto v Canelo confirmed for 21st Nov. Can't wait for it, a genuinely huge fight between 2 superstars with the winner taking on GGG for an even bigger one.

Hearing a lot of noise surround Khan and Pacquiao.

Sign me up, I'd plump for Khan on points.

Pac even now would still shatter that glass jaw into a million pieces I'm afraid.

Diego Chaves is next for Brook, another one that is a bit uninspiring if honest although he is a test. Brook bigging himself up that it's his 3rd defence in a short space of time but who's he fought, a bum and Frankie Gavin. Needs to step up and fight a top 5 guy after this one without question.

Chavez is a rough bastard but Brook is huge at the weight can handle himself on the inside. Chavez isn't afraid to put the elbows in, Brook certainly hasn't got an 'easy' fight.

It's not an easy fight at all but I still think Brook will dispose of him fairly easily. He could probably do with binning off Hearn and signing with Al Haymon, it's the only way those big fights with Thurman, Bradley etc are going to be made. If Brook beats Chaves then his next fight is likely to be the winner of Kevin Bizier v Fredrick Lawson, and now that is uninspiring.

Got to laugh at this bum Martin Murray is fighting right now in the super middle. Falling over at the drop of a hat and just looks like he'd rather be anywhere else.

Josh Warrington doesn't really do it for me, if he didn't punch like a tart I think my he could go a lot further.

I don't like volume punchers and Warrington is no exception.
