I agree it's not fair. If you had passed before I had revealed the spooky mask it would have stood. It's completely my fault, so apologies. I was expecting you to pass (probs why I accidentally skipped you as a formality). Like I say, it's 100% my fault but I can't make Indy lose a mask when technically you hadn't passed.

Sorry, I'm not having that. There were 2 minutes between Veggie's post and my post. I saw Veggie's about a minute after it had been posted, had a little think about whether to go 5 or pass, decided on pass, posted it and then saw the messages above.

Don't see why myself and Veggie/Magpiebee should be penalised for that.

A mistake? The whole round was a fuck up.

The previous round didn't get scrapped despite being an absolute clusterfuck in terms of the order. I showed my hand then with a bid of 3 before Indy got to put down their mask. Plus, Link had shown their hand with themselves laying down a mask before that got scrapped. Yet instead of the round being restarted, Indy got to use that info to their advantage.

And yet the fact you got in with a post about 30 seconds before me means that this round is void??? I don't think that's fair in the slightest. And yes, I am throwing a Spired, but with bloody good reason I think. I've just spent an hour refreshing this fucking page for that!

Yep, I agree with those points - I didn't run it very well tonight. I appreciate everyone's efforts in playing and all I can say is sorry really. I don't have any bias for any team. I messed it up there and Indy got the rub of the green.

LR, this is no slant on your general running of the game. The hours you put in are commendable. You're human and you're going to mess up from time to time in live play. I just think the decision to allow Indy to keep the mask is bullshit. Surely we're all trustworthy here having played a ton of these games. I'm not going to gain enjoyment from lying about posting 'pass'. The unfair thing is your mistake has cost us/Link and benefitted Indy who were going to lose the mask. If you want to ensure that the mistake is limited in it's damage, then surely the mask should be taken from the team who were going to lose it.

Like I say - I was expecting you to pass so I completely believe that. I know my mistake has cost you. Indy have actually agreed to give up a mask in their PM but I've decided that they don't have to because it was my mistake. All I can say is that you consider it a moment of bad luck for you and Link.

If it was an absolute no brainer that you were going to pass I would insist they drop a mask. Like I say, I was expecting you to pass and not saying you are lying. But the situation was that Indiana were 1 point away from winning, and although a bid of 5 was unrealistic – it wasn’t impossible. It was not out of the question that you would attempt the bid of 5 for the main reason of stopping Indy attempt an easier bid of 4 to win (even if you severely doubted that you could turn 5 happy masks over). You said yourself you had to think about your decision.

Now like I say, I believe that you had come to the conclusion that you were going to pass, I expected you to make that choice, but from Indy’s point of view there is sufficient reasoning that you might have bid 5 to the point that I can’t force them to drop a mask based on my fuck up. Like I say, I was pissed at myself straight away as I knew how annoying it would be to you and Link after playing well to "catch Indy out" so to speak.

Tomorrow we will carry on as if this last round didn’t happen, so it will be a fresh round with Link playing first.

I went back to the 1FF Wars thread to bring up a post where Lee supported the decision to punish us for a genuine error (Spirederman never recovered). However I found and reminded myself that he agreed that it was a mistake by us and believed Oaf should have been more lenient.

Now this game is far too confusing for me, I don't know where the error on LR's behalf came from, but I would like to request you change your decision Mr. Host.

This constant attacking of me in forum games is going too far. I'd say it was bordering on bullying before, this has taken it further. I'm not happy with how lee is handling this in an aggressive manor.

Dave, I always thought any back and forth we had was just a laugh. Back in Survivor, my genuine reason for voting you off at the time was because I didn't know you that well and thought you may not have been around much since you had previously mentioned that you had a young family. After that the young family stuff has always been tongue in cheek and just meant to be good humoured basically. You've always got back at me with the tennis twat/shove something up his arse stuff. I've always assumed we've been on the same page with that. If you think I've been bullying you, then wow, I don't really know what to say to that. That's never been my intention at all. I hate the word, but I just thought we bantered back and forth?

Haha I remember that, I supported the punishment but that was from an SBF perspective.

I can now exclusively reveal my TRUE feelings as a neutral that you guys were harshly done by that day (even thought at the time I asked Oaf to PUNISH).
