Beating Oxford is no achievement... even we managed it.. twice :bg:

Even in the midst of our terrible season (so far) we beat them! Not hard!

You're the one who is getting his knickers in a twist. Others have gone on that you were "superb" when you really weren't.

You need to accept you were mediocre as I have said, didn't say you were poor, I said we were poor.
No YOU’RE getting your knickers in a twist:lol:

But let me get this straight, I have an opinion that I thought we were superb in the 2nd half, but I “need to accept you were mediocre as I have said” - because the Oxford fan is the official opinion of games that we must all abide to:lol:

Ok Adolf!:surr:

Fed up with trying to reason with these fuckwits.

I've posted four times about the game, and in two of them I said we were shit, and somehow I'm bigging us up. No point you saying we were shit chaps, I've already said it. No point saying you don't care, as by the number, and timings, of your posts, you clearly do.

Truth is, I think I touched a nerve with the second club in your own city comment. Freud would have a fucking field day analysing you clowns.

I’m tired of reasoning with fuckwits too, as stated before, I do care about beating Oxford, like I do every team

How many times do I have to post it?

Oh wait that’s twice now too

Anyway, that was fun Oxford fans - good luck for the rest of the season.

Seems like we’re just doomed to win at each other’s ground

Yes. I was disgusted. It was nearly Hull City’s kit. One of our local rivals. Shit kit, shit town, shit boys. Letting The Berkeley get taken over by Rotherham was pathetic. I was crying coz I was gutted.

Will that be the same on Saturday so we can wear our Claret?

No matter, I see that Hedonist Puncture has explained. I didn't even know that British Steel were back
Actually, only the name is back. Venture capitalists who named the new company British Steel are maybe just poking a glowing iron rod in the eye of the failed British Steel plc :bg:. Not sure about the steelworks and bar mill in Rotherham. Last I heard, metals group Liberty House were acquiring from Tata and bringing more jobs. Did that happen and did it make a difference?

Come on you Moltens !!

Rochdale tonight. A game we should be winning. Hopefully we can close the 7-point gap on Bradford.
If the game is even on, that is! Lots of rain this morning.

Charlton tonight, Grayson only took over training for the first time yesterday. Can't expect miracles straight away, but hopefully we can keep it tight, would love to shithouse a win to get back to winning ways.

We'd probably want a draw between Charlton Vs Bradford with Charlton's games in hand.

Still, i'm just happy to be looking up the table, rather than below :)

Peterborough away. We’re playing absolutely shite at the moment. Can’t defend for shit and Peterborough’s attacking options are ridiculous. Not feeling confident at all.

Think you’ll beat us comfortably.

Do not fancy us tonight one bit. Conceding a 94th minute goal two games in a row is inexcusable, lack of concentration levels and when the race is hotting up for the play-offs we show ourselves to have soft under bellies. Throw in the new manager aspect I can’t see anything other than a 2-0 defeat tonight.

Stop my sides, you obviously haven't seen us play recently, 4-0 to Wimbledon sums us up atm, hope you're right though, but we've been so bad even Yeovil out classed us.

Hope I’m really wrong.

Just not at all confident tonight. You’re going to win sometime. We don’t score enough and leak too many goals.

We're playing Rotherham away so will lose based on our poor performance on Saturday which rivalled the Bury performance.

New manager bounce will help you.

I'm actually worried about tonights game. The pitch is an absolute shocker and in the conditions are awful, it's got a chance of being a real grind, and we didn't fair too well in that type of game against Shrewsbury. Granted, Shrews are at the other end of the table, but against teams down the bottom you know you're in for a battle. Can see it being a lot tougher a game than our one last weekend.

Don't worry, our annual bi-annual thrashing from Charlton is coming up in a couple of months....

Funny conversation though from 6th & 7th place in the table.

If we are out of the running for the play-offs by April then thrashing you would be very typical of Charlton.

Usually I'm not the sort to say we're shit, especially just going on results. But it's the performances in the last few months which are the real worry, not seen this lack of fight since the League 2 days. We have some decent individuals, hence why we were 3rd at one point and beat Wigan and Shrewsbury away. But for our performances to fall of a cliff so dramatically and rumours of unrest behind the scenes it's difficult to see a way back, if Grayson can get us motoring again I'll be very impressed.

Would certainly take a draw tonight, too early for Grayson to make a significant impact after just one session. I put an optimistic 1-1 on my Super 6 but head says home win.

I think you'll be surprised.

We've been there near the bottom of L2 with no fight, no skill, no passion - anything. Far worse than you're watching now. Suddenly a new manager comes in (and hasn't even had a training session yet) and we ended up winning the next 7 games in a row.

Usually just the presence of a new manager is enough to change everything

Yes they did and they are currently expanding further and setting on more staff. Good luck to em.

Flaming hell, the Oxford fans really bit hard on here, hopefully they’ll have something else to moan about tonight. Fingers crossed, cos after beating three play off teams in a row, it would be in keeping with RUFC tradition to fuck this one up.

Hope you are right, I suppose as a Bradford fan I'm just not used to it. Last manager we sacked was in 2007, and we ended up getting relegated. Same when we brought Bryan Robson in 2003.
