Now - is it still 'this' season or is it now 'last' season.

I've confused the delightful Eric Read on another thread

For me its still 'this' season given we have the play-offs and the cup finals etc. Does feel like last season for us losers that finished a couple of weeks ago!

That was my thinking, too.

Still, gave Eric something else to obsess about! He'll be comparing the meat content of the Kassam pie against the CG pie next

Have Millwall only got one song?

"No one likes us, we don't care..."

at the moment Bradford do not look nearly good enough to overhaul a two goal deficit.

Bradford are bang average. Literally no flair or creativity at all.

Can't believe Proctor didn't just hit that with his left foot. Should be 2-1 Bradford all of a sudden.

Well 1-1, hopefully that goal keeps us on our toes rather than coasting it.

Reckon Bradford will huff and puff and end up tired in the last 10, miss a big chance in injury time and the score will stay the same.

Sounds like those annoying fucking vuvuzelas again. Having to watch with the volume off. Bradford having a better go than we did but fairly comfortable for millwall..... So far.

Can't see Bradford getting back in this, huffing and puffing but lacking quality.

Acting 'ard?

Chanting the same song every five minutes?

Pitch invasion for winning the semi how tinpot and embarrassing. Hope the Dingles smash them in the final now.

Bristol City fans loved having a moan about us signing loan players then went on to have about 68 themselves this season.
Worked out for us though!

We invade pitch literally whenever we get the opportunity. We love a piss-up.

Anyway, job done. At Surrey Quays tube wishing I hadn't worn shorts. Wembley, again. Boooooring.

Millwal are the best side we've faced this season, comfortably. I'd rather they went up over Barnsley purely because the away day at Millwall for a few hours is toss, but quality wise I reckon they'll do it.

I agree best team I've seen too. I love the London away days but this year was a joke kept at the ground for an hour after the game to then be met by literally an army of police at London Bridge following everyone about it was shit. Barnsley is a piece of piss away day so I'd be happy for wall to go up.

Lee Evans looks quality IMO.
He can go back to Wolves, he'll be good in a few years when he knocks his ego on the head, but he just plays wannabe Hollywood passes constantly, everyone has to have an extra second to control the high ball and it slows us down even more. Good potential and the odd glimpse of talent but a frustrating player too often

Millwall are the best fans. Yep.

I've been going to football for 21 years now. First time I've been spat at and first time I've been hit by a coin. Yep, best fans.

Thats the first time I've been to Millwall. Thought it was mean to be intimidating? I just felt sorry for them. Like they were all on day release.

In terms of the match, the difference was Millwall had two strikers who can score. Barnsley will do then in the final though.

Do wonder how the Bradford fan managed to get spat on considering the away fans were a good 30ft above ground and have a walkway taking them straight to the station.

Atmosphere was quality. Not as good as the Hudds game, but still laity as fuck. Love my club. Don't give a fuck about the result at Wembley, we'll always be us.

Spat at before the game. For having the audacity to walk down the road and talk with a northern accent.

I've no grude with Millwall previously and like I said this was the first time I've been down to Millwall. But every stereotype you hear about Millwall I saw tonight.

To be fair Millwall is what it is hence you have a separate walkway for away fans... Only been once had a whale of a time as got into the Vale dressing room pre game and sat on the bench during the warm up as my mates kid was asked to be Vale mascot due to the original not turning up, still had five year olds calling me a c*** outside (pronounced "cant" down there of course) and a guy at the tube station telling my mate we were lucky we had kids with us (my mate would have torn his head off to be fair) If you go places like Millwall or Leeds for example it's never hid its volatility and if you chose to go you surely expect it.

Any way best side I've seen all season Millwall even if the atmosphere just made the TV sound like it had bad white noise interference, expect them to beat Barnsley if on their game and got to say in the end two fairly one sides play off ties this year at our level.

Suprised at how poor Walsall were (how poor we must of been last day!) suprised Bradford in the first leg let it the goals they did with their defensive record too, especially the header from a set piece which you'd expect Bradford to have dealt with easily rather than give him a free header, although cracking finish.
