Same basic 16 as their last game today except Alan Julian. Also Luke Rooney and Kevin Foley who were subs Thursday didn't feature.

I still think in a spectacularly Dulwich twist, Folkestone will take the title while they lose in the playoffs... again.
As a Hamlet fan of 40 years that had occurred to me too! However we won the D1S title five seasons ago by a point from Maidstone, following defeat in the play-off final two seasons running. The crucial phase that season cameover Easter - we were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Maidstone, wasting a penalty t go 2-0 up then conceding a late equaliser - but on Easter Saturday we went to Tooting and won while Maidstone were losing unexpectedly at Sittinbourne to tilt the situation back in our favour. I think we'll have a much clearer picture after Easter Monday. Billericay have two midweek matches while we don't play again (in the league) until next weekend. Hamlet's penultimate fixture is away to Folkestone.

Yeah we don’t talk about that. :cool1:

Honestly I think Billericay have shot their bolt, given the shit show going on up there.

What’s going on there (a mentally-disturbed egomaniac running a club drastically beyond its means and repeatedly creating headlines with his embarrassing behaviour) is beginning to look like a tinpot microcosm of what went on at Orient. At least he’s sticking by his manager, I suppose.

Didn’t expect the wheels to come off the clown car quite as quickly, but the whole circus is speeding towards its inevitable ending in tears.

Is it actually the ground they are returning to? Or the site next to the ground which was going to be developed for the club whilst Meadow turned the ground into flats? The statement only mentions the AstroTurf pitch. The last time I went to Dulwich I'm sure the pitch wasn't AstroTurf.

What's the long term plan? Presumably Meadow are only allowing this because they know they won't get planning from hostile politicians. Are they hoping to now play the system and get planning by acting like good guys?

It is the existing ground. It is hoped to be back by the start of December when we are due to play Torquay, although that match will be postponed if they beat Woking to reach the 2nd Round of the FA Cup. The next possible dates would be an FA Trophy tie on 15th December or the Boxing Day match with Eastbourne.

After the initial ecstasy I am very suspicious of Meadow's motives and the possibility of encountering more dirty tricks from them. Hopefully the agreement to return will include legally binding safeguards against this, but I won't really be happy until they no longer have any control of the ground.

So happy for Dulwich to be honest. It's nice to see a council that gives a damn about their local non league team.
