You can only be a brother if you are a brother. Many wish to be brothers but envy is a deadly sin.

I look forward to a Herculean bout with brother Wrexham tomorrow.

In the Brotherhood doctrine, Real Brothers are required to observe the following rule:

Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honour

It basically means mutual respect. Some of us may be a bit bigger, some of us a bit smaller but in this organisation we are equal and operate for each other's benefit, support and cooperation. We fight against bankrollers, tinpotters and the evil this place in hell dishes out on a weekly basis. This Proper League Table allows us all to compete on an even keel. Handshakes all round and no bad blood.

Good to have you on board, enjoy the game.

That is all. Thank you for asking. :ds:

I'm not gonna bother with the rest of that diatribe but Hartlepool are not the instigators by any means, this organisation in its current form was there when we were relegated. Us & Orient posted on here after relegation and were given the full lowdown on the rules of entry by existing Brotherhood members. We were accepted in it of course, as we both meet the full criteria. Sadly for you, it appears you don't. Aldershot have accepted it and that's to their credit. But you can carry on with whatever you preach, it makes no difference.

Can Barrow be included in the table?

I ask purely out of the goodness of my heart, and not because of any recent results

No it wasn't, that's just a load of bollocks. Oh and YOU carry on with whatever it is you preach, it makes NO difference and has NO relevance at all to the one and ONLY Brotherhood of Great and Historic Football League Clubs, of which i am the founder and the SOLE administrator. I will however continue to call you out on your bullshit.

How'd the Mighty and Magnificent Hartlepool do today anyway, Brother? :fl:

I might be wrong but weren't you also on the old forum Forza? This brotherhood stuff has been going on since at least 2013. Everything was fine until Pools were relegated from the FL and a couple of their fans attempted to change the rules, though luckily it was all to no avail.

Re. Barrow, they are a well established brotherhood club, and have been for decades now. Nobody should rewrite history is my motto.

For general information, Soup Ladle has no authority on any questions of Brotherhood. I am the founder and the SOLE administrator and authority. Members are those clubs who were in the Football League in 1986 (i.e. before the betrayal of automatic relegation), in any guise. Membership is for all time, no member may leave, no new members may be admitted. There is NO hierarchy within the Brotherhood, all members have equal status. :ds:

I was on TFF, but I think you'll find that nothing took place between 2013 and 2018. At all. Nothing whatsoever.

Fucking hell, you take this all a bit serious :fish:

I haven't created any rules - I carried on this league from another poster who started it last season. The rules for membership in the OP were instigated by posters long before we came here.

We will crack on. The Real Brotherhood League Table is alive.

I think you'll find it did. I created it. How convenient for you that the forum and its data base has been deleted. At least one member above remembers it. It would be odd to say the least if 2 people hundreds of miles apart shared the same "false" memory, huh?:ds:

They’ve sold a lot of steak and kidney pies this season, that’s why they can get McCallum.
Well hello there, Mr. Smith, welcome back. Dunno why a Villa fan is that bothered to be honest, the gear must be mind blowing where you live, another quality post again at stupid o'clock in the morning. The Brotherhood is the bane of your life. It's unhealthy mate, it brings out and exacerbates your weird bald man fetishes and I'd quit now until your life spirals further into the depths of obsession, anger and despair.
Villa fan, yeah, gives me a laughable perspective on such tinpot low level nonsense. Silly O'Clock, dunno mate, where we live we dont rely on the gear as 12.30 on Friday night is not shutdown time. I have no such unhealthy obsession, perhaps those who set up such silly fiction, bicker and swipe are just a bunch of sad men who, after three pints of mild, sitting in the brother club, are turfed out into the empty nothingness of their shit hole town, but at least they have combed each other once luscious locks before early last orders and run home to bed before the spice zombies take over and the last shitty chippy shuts, enjoy :P

The year 2013 never happened. Calendars went from 2012 to 2014.

I'd like to put on record the very brotherly gesture from Wrexham in giving us our first win at home this season. It was most charitable but as yet handing other Brothers routine victories don't count for goodwill points until the second half of the season. I'm sure we'll do you a solid at The Racecourse.

Yet another miserable Brotherhood campaign ahead for Chesterfield unless they turn it around it pretty fucking sharpish.

There is only ONE Brotherhood, the one I founded some 10 years ago and brought to the original incarnation of this forum, on our arrival back in the National League in 2013. I am the SOLE administrator.

No one else has the authority to change the rules or the membership. Members were those clubs in the Football League, in any guise, in 1986.

Membership is for all time, no member may leave, no new members may be admitted. There are thus 92 members for The Brotherhood, all of them active. :ds:

Whoa there Brother, stewards enquiry, Notts have 2 draws but you only have them on one goodwill point.
If you attempt to rob a fellow Brother again then I will be forced to take away your table producing privileges and go back to doing it myself.
First and only warning Ladle. :lac:

Hello Brother. I'm happy to inform you that my table is indeed the correct one. I'm guessing your issue is with the inclusion of Torquay, is it not?

While it is true that some people think that any club that loses it's FL status not once but twice can only be described as tinpot, this thing has got nothing to do with one's standing in footballing circles. All that one requires for entry into this well meaning foundation is to show that the club was one of the great 92 back in the good old days of 1986. Or was in the FL at one time or other but got kicked out, like BPA or Barrow say.

But iirc brother B2TF has already posted something about the rules in one or two of his posts :pond:so there's no need for me to go on.

BTW, I know that Soup's table looks much better than mine, but that's only cos he had time to play around with a template while mine was a quick two minute job. Soz brothers. I promise to do better next time.

I think your own strange table should have its own thread and people can then comment on the one they believe to be true.
