Here's some more from Christian Dibble, who Les Reed opted to retain in the summer.

Skip to 1 minute 20 seconds, 3 minutes and 3 minutes 35 seconds of this match, which I am still convinced to this day was a match that Dibble had a bet on:

That match...

Weve had some shocking keepers in the conference. Andy Coughlin, Cameron Belford....

Ashmore’s piled it on again. Hilarious how slowly he came out and went down to try and stop Tshimanga going round him last weekend.

We’ve got Mitch Walker who in two games has punched one in his own net under no pressure, and let a waist high corner straight in. He also gets a nose bleed if he leaves his six yard box. Close the thread now.

I seem to remember James Bittner having a couple of stinkers against us. He seemed a decent guy though as he had a laugh with the crowd when on the receiving end of some stick.

He no longer has to fight that other fat bastard Reed for first dibs at the buffet.
That's why he's piled on the pounds.

I remember a poor lad thrown in at the deep end in one of our last games of the season one year, he was sadly terrible and even had to give up kicking duties after trying a few!

it was Louis Connor for Tamworth, to the point where in the 89th minute he was replaced by Dale Belford due to an 'injury'!

He's not shit though. Annoying as fuck, but not shit.
Ah sorry boys I misread. I thought the forum title was ‘The fat lying b*stard goalkeepers thread’

My mistake. But having said that, if you watched him against us the other week he’d have fit quite nicely into this thread also!

Yep, good keeper, real wind-up merchant who seems to thrive on terrace banter. Wish he was here

You could legitimately have a Fat player thread, and he'd be front and centre.

Wasn't he at Dover for abit? I always thought he was a pretty good keeper when I saw him play.

7 years.Over 250 appearances.
Gets a good reception when he comes back.
Good keeper in his time, but doesn't command his area & is a bit of a flapper

Feel a bit sorry for Mitch, nice guy, decent shot-stopper ,had a good rapport with the crowd. Now a bundle of nerves, thanks to no confidence in our CBs. Crowd on his back now ,too. No viable back-ups, either.

Loanee keeper in, confusingly another Walker, from MK. Big bloke, apparently, will need to be to cover our frail CBs.

Tony Breeden was the worst goalkeeper I've ever seen - had a mare every time he came to Barrow, including being tackled on the half-way line a la Higuita. Also a contender for the fat lad thread.

Mayebi was also dreadful, so it was a surprise to see him turn up in the African Nations!

Our own was Shaun Pearson - played a handful of games over 3 or 4 years, including the 7-0 and 8-1 defeats at Mansfield. Was literally only in the squad because his brother was our centre back and we couldn't afford anyone else.

Whilst McKeown is definitely not a shit keeper, no thread about keepers can be complete without this gem from last season:

Saw the thread name and immediately thought of Breeden.
