Trump can do one. Will be rooting for Hawkins now.

Zhou Yuelong looks a great outside bet to go very far. Can seek one of the outsiders winning it this year

Judd Trump showed great form in his 2nd round game come back from behind against Ding and is 7-1 up on Stephen Maguire already.

If he carries on like this then he's going to win it this year.

Well done to Gilbert and Wilson on making their first semi finals .

Fair play, he always had massive natural talent but seems to have matured now and cut the bellendery out. He should be winning a fair few more considering he's only 29. Played unreal snooker in that final.

I don't know why they are calling that the greatest final of all time? How? Trump's standard was top notch but it was one-way traffic. Ronnie had a couple of finals like that where he demolished the guy, not to mention the standard of Hendry's wins.

The standard from Trump exceeded the Ronnie type performances in finals by quite some way IMO, it was a different kind of snooker and maintained aswell. Granted though, calling it the greatest final is a stretch considering Higgins involvement... but in simple terms of a single players level, it probably is the greatest of all time.

This ending is incredible. Wilson had the match in his grasp then potted the white twice in 2 shots, ridiculous stuff.

Then McGill messed himself up on the green.

Whoever loses will be so deflated!

The winner feeling wonderful and probably knackered.

I would honestly re-watch this frame again when it's over to remember everything that has happened. It is madness.

Selby and O'Sullivan must be pissing themselves watching it. I guess these are the nerves when you've never been to this level before. Imagine a crowd in there too

Another last frame decider.

Has this happened before with the 2 semi finals going to to the wire?

Those 2 frames from Ronnie were the most insane hell for leather snooker I've ever seen. He's a totally crazy genius.

This after he just threw away a crucial frame before it because he couldn't be bothered getting into a safety battle.

Crazy madcap stuff.

Mark Selby complaining of mind-games there. Yes, Mark Selby. Very salty stuff from him. Why would he care if Ronnie is just whacking the ball anywhere? Bizarre rant.

One gracious loser in McGill and another very bitter one in Selby.

People react differently to defeat like that on such a big stage I guess.

What a great day! I've somehow managed to avoid the results throughout as I've been out all day; came back and watched the highlights of the first and the full rerun of Ronnie - Selby.

Top notch. Will be great to see fans attending the Final tomorrow & Sunday, despite them being in reduced numbers.

The more I think about it the more I think Ronnie might have done a bit of a job on Selby this week. His whacking of the balls any old how from snookers is clearly something that annoys him. Also his comments post-Williams game about how he doubts he'd be able to beat Selby because he's just too good etc.

I realise going 16-14 down was hardly part of the plan but I do think there's some mileage in Ronnie's behaviour this week in terms of pressuring Selby and disrupting his game for once and it's clear it had some effect. Despite his interview ramblings I think he really loved that victory because of who it was against and how it was won. I think he led 5-3 at one point and then after that was trailing Selby all the way, he's definitely got some desire still the way he hung in there.

By his standards Ronnie has played like crap today yet still takes a lead into tomorrow. If Wilson can hold himself together then he's got a chance.

But the way he got all emotional yesterday makes me think if he is ever near the winning line in this match then he'll crumble even more.
